Can't y'all see this fool is stringing us along? Where are all the shots of the new cars? (no, not in the garage). Dude wins the nuvolari, but no pics?! Someone's enjoying his time in the limelight. Attentionseekers Pfffff....

SO how do you explain the others pics and infos?
What a "aigri" man you seem to be... :sly:

i bought the PAL version of gt4 for £28 wich obviously doesnt convert into $87.5 its equals $53. u guys only £26 not much difference

That would be even stranger. The PAL price in Belgium and Holland really is 68 euros , and now you are saying that you were able to order a PAL copy in the UK for 40 euros (=£28)?

[Just did a check on the £28 price in the UK and it looks like that is a discount price that several websites are giving, the non-discount price is £39.99. Even with the "normal" UK price there still is a 10euro gap with the mainland.]

Ayways, they beter have a good reason for the price difference. But I doubt so.

in the review of GT4(PAL) in swedish gaming-magazine SUPER PLAY they said that saving is possible when pitting ..they were talking about the 24hour Le Man enduro

they wrote something like this....for thoose that lack the patience of driving hundreds of laps or the race at Le Mans whit 24hour of driving GT4 dont have to be such a brutal hardcore choice becuse you can save everytime you go in the pits - Clever and welldone !

why would sweden´s biggest gaming Magazine Lie about that ??

So do they have endurance save in US, or no?
Doesn't sound like it. This is the PAL version that is getting updated, not the US version, which is identical to the Japanese game (with a different language, of course).

Do you race?

But didn't they have the endurance save in the Japanese version?

Where did you find that it is identical to the Japanese game? It seems you're wrong, since the US version DOES have some of the same added cars as the PAL one.

Yeah this makes plenty of sense, amar said that he hasn't tried the 24 Hr Lemans thing on account of him not unlocking it. So it may just be something added to that one particular race.

And yes the US get the same new cars

If they took the time to add the same new cars to the game i think they would be smart enough to add the same new features.

You are the only fool I see, shut up and get lost :grumpy: 🤬

I suppose there could be a save facility at Le Mans. It would need a lot less space than one for the 'Ring. To do a save you would need to record speed, position and number of laps for each of the AI cars. With the 'Ring and its length, the positioning would take up a fair amount of space perhaps. WIth the shorter Sarthe circuit this may be more feasible.

As I stated, I started the Nurb24Hrs with the NismoZLM, entered the pits after the first lap and there was NO option to save on the menu.

PIC UPDATE: some shots HPS R32SII (Tsukuba driving) and Chrysler 300C (5th Avenue posing) can be found on the first page of the thread.

UPDATE: Added pics of Nuvolari (prize car for 25% passed) and Auto Union Streamline Type C, new prize car for Grand Vally Endurance race (thanx to ProfessorR for the help).

can you 100% confirm changing from B-spec to A-spec also? I know that A-spec to V-spec is possible. And any changes in prize car list for licenses?

BTW: tnx for updates!!!

Yes I can:). Check the pics in the first thread to be 100% sure:).

And there are no changes in licence car so far, except the "percentage" cars or the fact that "Atenzza" is now called "6".

Heres what it says about saving in endurance races in the english PSW maginzine.

"Both these course play host to guelling endurance races, with full 24 hour to tackle. Thats right sleep dodgers, GT4 lets you take part in real time 25 hour races and yes, thank goodness you can save off your posistion mid -race. Sadly , no it dosnt move from day to night".

Justr so you completely understand the article the courses it was refering to were nurburgring and lemans.

Why would it say a thing like that if you couldnt save atall?

That's a nice theory, but somehow I doubt it will be true for La Sarthe. Tsukuba, maybe, but don't forget Le Mans is still more than half the length og the 'Ring.

But even then I have my doubts because as the race goes on, the more data you would need to save.

Have to futher check it... Maybe when the "real" pitting is being commenced (I've pitted after the first lap to find out), but I doubt it.. 💡

Well, it's credibility is in question as it claims that there' 25 hours in a day ...
