Can't y'all see this fool is stringing us along? Where are all the shots of the new cars? (no, not in the garage). Dude wins the nuvolari, but no pics?! Someone's enjoying his time in the limelight. Attentionseekers Pfffff....
"y'all" ?... [DELETED]...

Please leave the thread if you don't like it. No one who has been at GTP for more than 10 days has any reason to doubt any info Amar212 brings forth..

This seems unlikely, but maybe you can only save after a certain amount of time racing in the Endurance races.

There is the HKS Genki Hyper Silvia RS2 (D1GP) ('04) in the game. That is the only HKS car there.

Auto Union for the Grand Valley race. How much is it worth I wonder. That is worrying as I wonder where the C9 is available now as that is my preferred car for some of the races.

I think that may be the case too, but those mags say you can save right from the get go. Maybe Amar's (suspected :odd: ) press copy is slightly different to those mags. I have no reason to disbelieve what Amar is telling us but i hope the mags are right about it.

I don't think saving would take up that much space really just an X,Y,Z coordinate for each o0f the ai plus their speed and lap no as for he player pit lane and lap number/ time passed although i suppose previous lap times could take alot of saving.

Bu bu baah?! No not likely, By the way you're from Denmark? Isn't that that place where pedofilia is considered acceptable? Great Country :yuck:

On thinking about it the save would need tyre staus, fuel used, whether the car was going to pit that lap, mileage reading, laps done, speed, track position for each of the cars, which I suppose isn't a huge amount though if two cars are really close then that might prove interesting, depending on the accuracy in positioning. Admittedly the Dreamcast could manage it!!

Super Amar!! Thanks!

Few questions: How is the sound from the Nuvolari? Does the RS6 and SL600 finally have the autobox like shifting?

Thanx!

As I stated, I started the Nurb24Hrs with the NismoZLM, entered the pits after the first lap and there was NO option to save on the menu.

PIC UPDATE: some shots HPS R32SII (Tsukuba driving) and Chrysler 300C (5th Avenue posing) can be found on the first page of the thread.

UPDATE: Added pics of Nuvolari (prize car for 25% passed) and Auto Union Streamline Type C, new prize car for Grand Vally Endurance race (thanx to ProfessorR for the help).
oops sorry didnt mean to post

wow doesnt that golf look so different from stock :odd: i still dont get why pd chose that, maybe they just wanted an easy one
Is looking stock a measure of how likely it is to see the car in Gran Turismo? I like the car for being so stock, cause you can just drive around in it and nobody will notice you, but you still have a 500+ HP 4WD people carrier that can blow your socks off while being an everyday car. Easy to park, easy to transport stuff, doesn't use too much fuel. The perfect car! :dopey: 👍

Whats the differents of HP, BHP and PS??
I think HP is just a lazy way of saying BHP. They're both the same. PS is just another unit of power. Like miles and kilometers/ centmeters and inches. To convert PS to BHP, divide the PS by 0.9863. So 1BHP = 0.9863PS

Amar can you check if you can save in the endurance after 1 hour cause there may be an minimum play time before saving.

This is what I'm thinking. Maybe the option isn't available until at least, for example, three laps have been completed?

Horsepower is calculated differently...

BHP is the measured horsepower at the brake..

HP is ususally measured at the directly from the engine, so it will be higher than brake horsepower.

I have reported this post to a moderator.

I am sure the person who it is aimed at would find this extremely offensive and even if your statement is true (I have no idea about Denmark so cannot say), it is both irrelevant and hardly the recipient's fault whatever actions his government allow or disallow.

Maybe you should be fair, the guy he was telling it two pretty much called him a inbred hill billy for saying "yall". 👎 :grumpy:

Proxima & Flerbizky

Both of you are making un-acceptable remarks.
Personal attacks are not tolerable.

If either of you continue official actions will be taken to make sure you do not do this sort of thing again.

Good call kent 👍

Anyways back to the topic...

Just a question for the thread starter, could you get into any kind of trouble for having the PAl version so early? I know stores can get fined for selling games/cd's/dvd's earlier then their suppose to...

Ummm... it won SEMA 2004 as best in show. Part of the prize is the inclusion of it in Gran Turismo, just as the Buwicked that won in 2003 is in as well.

It may "look" stock, but do some research and check the specs on that car... it's sick and will be a killer in GT... and from a Canadian tuner company too!! 👍

Theres a load of people here who could answer that, Amar writes for a games mag so he gets the games early so he can review them.

However I have my own question for Amar, in the thread title you say pics Nuvolari + Avus, I don't see any Avus. I'm guessing you meant the Auto union Type C but I'm hoping you just didn't upload the pics of an Audi Avus in GT4.

Meh, I might have to change my major then :P

Thats sweet, I bet he's having lots of fun. Oh well only 1 or 2 more days for us here in america. I'd feel sorry for the europeans, but they're prolly still playing GTP and GTC. Meh yours is not too far away anyways ;)

Typo. Have corrected:). Yes, having real Avus would be great. Unfortunaltly, it is "just" Streamline.
