GT4 WRS Week 11: "WRS Team Event, Part 1"

What's everyone's mileage so far? mine's 276 miles.
My new Ts:
T1: 0'25.198
T2: 1'07.154

w00t, I got the 5th fastest T1 in all of D3. Im off to celebrate with a pack of crisps before someone beats it. *runs to kitchen*
I've got slightly faster Ts on another lap but the overall time was a bit worse I hate it when this happens.

Really struggling this week. I must have run about 40 laps, and probably only one clean which was a T2 of c.1'07.4** - sub 25 T1's seem like a distant dream to me at the moment (I'm averaging about 25.5)
What's worse is, I'm running as fast and close as I possibly can and just cannot see where to make up any time at all...

I'm having the same kinda problem. I need help for Massanet where I know I can make up time, Casino and Tabac. There's a lot of rom for improvement but I dont know how I can.

thanks for clearing that up CFM. I don't want to run in a team if I can't get my times low. Another second or so and I'll be happy.

i'm sure CFM will make sure all teams are as even as they possibly can be. so dont let your time stop you racing. you could be the one racer that stops someone from being alone!!

Yes, if you look closely the next time you drive by there, you can probably still see the GT logo imprinted on the rail there from the side of my car.....

I may be wrong about this, but I think the actual track configuration that Formula One runs on, does not have the rail at the und of the tunnel,or at least it never used to...it used to just be kind of a run-off area for guys who get too much speed thru the tunnel,and cant make the turn.
They get penalized,of course, but it saves from a serious impact.

GT3 had this on it also, it did not have the rail at the end of the tunnel(or may have been 2, been a while since Ive played either)

I know, I dont mean that. I mean once you've done the first left/right, theres a right/left. Maybe it is there and it's just me. It's probably just me coz its quite a subtle right/left and I probably just didnt notice it.

I'd LOVE to be in Ex's team ... it would be the biggest laugh EVER! We'd drive two wide to stop people passing, paint our cars and stick little butterfly stickers on them, drink wine in the pit and bring a packed lunch.

Better overall lap by 0.2.

Overall setup is dialed in, still room for minor tweaking though I'm very happy with the balance so far. After much testing, I decided that for me shorter gearing resulted in faster overall laptimes, but YMMV as per driving style. Anyway, latest splits:

T1 - 0'24.767
T2 - 1'05.693

Bit of a sloppy T3 so I can make another .3 to .4 at the line, but there's still time so...

I love this track and all S2000-based machines. I'm hoping to challenge for my first podium this week, so all you fast D2 guys must just stop now okay?

and a pink sun strip across the front of the window with our names on each side: u can take the wheel koly.

we should also have 'go faster stripes' down the sides but in little 'christmas tree' bulbs!!!

we'll put a spark plug in the exhaust so when we rev the engine small flames fly out of the back!

then we'll use flamable screen wash and spray it as we rev so the sparks really fly!!!!

Neon lights? nice touch...but...that wouldnt be fair..wouldnt that be a distraction for everyone? OR, is that the whole Idea?
