Can see the low 1'04's and driven a few mid 1'04 T2's, but that curbstone after T2 was killing me everytime :yuck:
Need at least 2 more hours to be somewhat competitive on this combo...

It's a fun one to drive fast for sure! ... but also a frustrating one to drive on the limit :ouch:

Up to next week :)

Er, somewhat competitive? I think second place behind holl01 by only a second (haha, but it's true this week) is plenty competitive. You're way ahead of all the rest of us, as usual.

I absolutely second that it's a teriffically fun combo, but trying to eke the last bit of time from it is a huge challenge that can get very frustrating. I know my lap is half a second off what it could be if I could combine my best T1, best T2, and best chicane. :ouch:

Absolutely, on to 152! I just hope Jerry can get it up tonight so I can run a few pathetic laps and have something to submit. :)

New board again - last time save Jerry won't post 152 real soon 👍 EDIT update up to post 127

Steven, Bravo on running a city course!! I know it's not your cup of tea but, nice effort!
Thanks a lot Ron my mate, that means a lot to me

Also promised to give this one a go so here I am: 26.947 / 1'04.926
Well you´re defending the dutch honour with all you can Hugo, excellent performance & you wouldda won this week easily if it wasn´t for the aussie miracle :)

Yes, I know :ouch: But this session it just wasn't meant to be and when my best clean lap is just a sloppy run, it feels like I had the speed of a turtle. Maybe I'm just too spoiled with good runs :embarrassed:

I think you'll find, if you do get Dan's lap up as a replay, that he's consistent, and smooth.

Past experience has shown me that my lines are right and my ideas on how to tackle a course are spot on, but the difference comes with smoothness and one key factor when it comes to Dan:

Corner speed.

He's educated us all on it before, in various WRS events, that the key to his success is watching his speedo while he corners, and making sure if he can take it faster, he does.
Once the limit is reached for that turn, he moves onto the next.
I hope Dan will back me up here.

The other determining factor is of course, that he's from ZARG.

:irked:👍
Sick times Holl.

thats spot on vexd, except for my location;) i'll upload a replay later in the week, need to get the maxdrive back off waynoz first:tup:

I reached my modest goal for the week :) I think the t2 is a 1'06.2, I'll have one more try and then post proper. Here is a pic for fun

Nice Pic, Erik!

Time submitted. I ended up a little off from my goal. I have 3 saves under my goal, but none of them are clean. :ouch:

Splits are basically the same as Luxy, so I will just leave them.

I am off traveling for a few days, see you guys this weekend. 👍

Final "I really should be in bed right now" session:

27.191
1:05.462

This lap, sadly, is .6 slow at the line and .4 off at T2 compared to my fastest lap (dirty), but I can't concentrate anymore.

Final attempt at respectability ...

27.680
1:06.756

Reasonably happy in the end with this lap, the finish was pretty good and the rest wasn't too bad. Was seeing T1 times down as low as 27.3xx so more consistency would definitely have helped.

Good luck to everyone crazy and determined enough to stick this one out, remind me to never to buy a used 63 Corvette :D

Time Submitted.

I've had a problem with the results Excel file, but things seem to be OK now.

Won't be too long now.
