Question: Is AngelCreator in Division 3 or Division 2?
I ask only because his sig. says he's in Div 2...but the board has him in Div 3???...
MisterWeary
Yeah, we should ask him to add the maximum ballast to his car so that he doesn't make us too ridiculousMisterWearyNo fair...Tannis has been running the Nurb for weeks for his BC race 👍

Flat-outAngelCreator was promoted to div2 last tuesday. He was quicker to update his sig than Colby to update the board.

That'll be sorted out eventually.
TannisHi guys !
Well I decided to join this week's race, since it's been some time I didn't race at the Nurb ( ), so here are some splits..!
T2: 1'03.363
T6: 2'59.696
T9: 4'31.016
Using 360kmh gearing.. and DS2.
BallstothewallAt the minute I don't even know if I am gonna get under the 6 minute barrier or not.

Depends on you, as well as the track and car combination. One week I used the wheel randomly, and was faster with it. I've never raced with the wheel other than that week. It was Seattle Reverse, in the BMW M3 GTR Race car. I just whipped it out for another try in the BMW 320i Race car around Seattle Normal(my BC6 race), and didn't have any such luck. So no more DFP for me.omelettesI am going faster little by little. This took about 2 seconds off the final.

I just bought a dfp off of ebay for $64 so when I get it next week I guess I will be at the bottom of the division for a while. I know a lot of you guys have wheels so my question is how long would you say it takes to get adapted to it and match my ds2 times?

OnlyMeDon't want to nitpick, Neil, but me thinks this is a no-no
BallstothewallI made no mention of my actual time mate, I could be anywhere from 1 to 30 seconds away from that minute barrier.
Guys talk about minute, 10 second, and second barriers all the time!
And I am absolutely certain that 90% of the guys above me on the leaderboard are either aiming for that barrier or are already under it. So no harm, no foul.
Neil

KentI know it is hard to imagine that there are still normal people who barely scrap by on GT, crashing walls and banging AI constantly, but there are people like that.
Being able to just hang with the gang in the WRS is a feat of its own and I suggest we all give our selves a bit more credit when looking at what is and not just what is possible.
Running with the WRS or any other click of OLRacers puts you on a level beyond that of the "true normal" player and instantly places you amongst the best there is in the world.
Remember, regardless of where you finish in the WRS, you will certainly always be faster than the average GT player in the real world.
hear hear darren. you've spoken for me as well.SuperTIt doesn't bother me that I'll never be as fast as the Div 1 guys, it's an honour to race amongst them in fact. (...) Long live the WRS.
