GT5 Car Wishlist v2.0

I know GT5 isn't going to be anything like that list, but it still makes me grin insanely just looking at it. Thanks to all the people involved in it's maintenance.
Also, thanks to whoever added all the MkI and MkII Supras for saving me the trouble. I wouldn't have expected anyone else here to even know the '81 performance package existed. :D

Seems you have one production Celica and a distinct lack of production Supras, that won't work. And since German Muscle asked for Fox bodies:
(I would have added '87 Mustang 5.0, but an '87 GT is already listed and they probably meant with the 5 liter.)

Now, I'm actually getting annoyed with all the non-sense cars being requested to the Wishlist. Who in this world would want a (Geo-Prism) or just plainly (Geo) itself. I just think this list should have a end already, the ongoing process is making this so bulky and ackward.

Yes, but Daihatsus actually sell in Japan, and they're good for what they are. Geo went belly up long ago and is better forgotten.

The cars i really wanted in GT4 & GT3 but were in GT2
WHY PD!? Why did you have to take them out?

Not a bad ideal would be nice to be able to drive a few movie / tv cars. Would like to see dozens of custom show cars ( i.e. the buick special in GT4 ). Just think of all the cars featured in hot rod magazine etc. and take the best ones

a few oldies i would like to see

Not everything everyone posts makes it on the list. There are quite a few that "get lost" during the transfer to the main list. The list is very close to being done also. Then im gonna merge it with the previous GT car lists. Do some editing. Then its off to polyphony. I really wish this coulda been a Car/Feature/Track wishlist but there was already one of the other stuff so it wouldnt have happened in the GT4 forum. Now i look at the "Things you want in GT5 other than cars" and its just a thread of everyone telling what they want, no one is even keeping track of it all like i am in this thread. Its a shame cause i would have like to package it with my list and send it to polyphony together. :guilty: Unless Gillet, you want to help me do that? If your interested then PM me. If you dont want to then thats fine to.

Wow, what a list!
Just one addition I couldn't see, the MG RV8. (the reborn limited edition MGB roadster from the late 80's/early 90's) I think it was only available in 1 or 2 colours.

The Noble M12 GTO-3 '02 is listed twice.
The Callaway Corvette Twin-Turbo '91 should be listed under Chevrolet, not Callaway. Callaway did the modification, but the cars were sold by GM. GM regular production option B2K.

Thanx for the huge list, but i dont think all them cars are needed in GT-X it would be pointless. But ...

As said before, GT might be more fun with

Ferrari
Lamborghini
Porsche
Rolls Royce

and just a few other cars added to existing car makers show rooms, so we would be talking about maybe 35 - 50 new cars ? that woiuldnt be so bad.

Diahatsu Charade '91 rally car
Mazda savanna RX7 series 1-7

Ford Coupe' '32 (with and without wheel guards)

Chevy Bel Air '55

Request:
Keep all of the the old school mopar/ford/chevy/rotary(rx7-rx3) etc and get rid of all of those crappy concept cars and hopless Japanese city cars that no one drives. ie that crappy cube!

I also think it would be sweet if you could be able tub the chassy, fit above hood superchargers that shake when you rev it and side dumps, and also the ability to change tire/wheel diamiters too would be cool! the ability to have racing decals and special paint jobs i miss.

I'd like to see the following cars in GT5:

Honda RA272 F1 '65
Honda RA300 F1 '67
Honda RA301 F1 '68

All were winning cars in Honda's humble F1 beginnings.
