I wasn't thinking that. More on the lines of they are using GT5 engine to create that intro, it's not cgi, although i was fooled into thinking it was when I first saw it. And the messed up bit is none of us caught this, we were all aching to see some snow footage and standard cars, when they had given it to us all along. There was a clip of the celica drifting in the snow from the snow trailer that was taken directly from the GT psp intro, and that's when I realized they showed us snow before they even confirmed dynamic weather, or that there was going to be snow in gt5. So anything from that intro is guaranteed to be in GT5, they wouldn't waste it just for the intro.

as it's been said time and time again, best buy and gamestop dates are just place holders, with no official word of when it can be released they don't know anymore than we do

Not really...more just to cruise and "drive" like you would in a city, speed limits, staying to your lane all tat jazz, not NFS in GT clothing, thts a nightmare.

Author is breaking the #1 rule from the Release Date thread haha - Date's from retailers don't mean crap - official release dates have not been given, so they are merely place-holder dates.

Very sad indeed, I do wonder however what these licensing issues really involved mind you, what if they actually served alcohol without a license during working hours at their Stuttgart HQ which consequently lead to them making some curious decision like giving their permission to build the Cayenne and Panamera ( as alcohol makes a lot of things more pretty than they really are ) or maybe in a drunken haze unwittingly signed a deal with EA.......
At least they're now having a new CEO instated by 'angry parent' Volkswagen to hopefully put and end to these shenanigans.
Hahaha, yes, that whole Porsche-VW escapade reminds of a scene that I watched between two dogs, one large and the other very small in size, but so horrifically noisy and abusive. The small dog wouldn't stop yapping and being very hostile with the large dog, until the large dog had taken all he would, and finally put his foot down...right on top of the little dogs head.
Alright, I'm off to license my hand to provide a nice dark beer to my mouth.

you know what would be a good thing for all the GT Fans... if at least couple of major gaming site's get a copy of GT5 and can review it, and then show us the reviews... That would make the wait a little less painfull 👍

Not really because the pilot is piloting that helicopter that you see over the Viper, and the host driving it is the chubster with the specs.
I know they modeled Clarkson but I doubt the Michelin man is going to be in there
That's the part that looks most like GT5 is what I mean. I doubt it is.
