Does someone know why the different events are numbered 1,2,4,5,6,7? Where's number 3?
No one is sure what the missing 3 is. But there are a lot of guesses.

What ever happened to the rumour that there would be 10 000 cars in gt5. how did that start?

Even though its a gaming forum they also have real life topics such as Nascar, F1, automotive etc he is a pretty active member on this forum. We all want the game, I want it bad as hell man at least I get my fix playing the GT5 demo at Game Stop.
They just forgot their 'half promise' to announce a new release date by the end of the month.
PD has a history of both over-hyping (GT PSP) and hiding details (Car/track lists, completed final builds). If they showed something that looked phenomenal everyone would still be skeptical.True, that's possible, the Standard video could be more about hiding secrets than giving an accurate view. But surely after seeing the fallout, and that it's now been months since that video... you'd think PD would show something about Standards. I know I'd want to.
But all your data is for premiums. If, as you say, they are even using an older modeling format then that data can barely be applied in anyway. If the modeling systems were similar, just less content for one, then your guesstimate would be more likely. On top of that there is too much data missing to know much of anything.Admittedly, it's a guesstimate, but I'm basing it off of numerous bits of data provided by PD themselves.
As I said, you seemed to be complaining about the situation itself. It is likely I just misunderstood.I think you've got a mixed up idea of my views on Standards. We can always head on over to the ole' haunt if you'd prefer .
Dunno what your calendar looks like, but mine looks like this
What does it matter if they are office days? From what I hear they have a slot on Sunday in Paris. I see no reason we should dismiss the possibility that they could make an anouncement at that time if they have not already done so by then.Saturday and Sunday are not office days. It is very unlikely they will announce it over the weekend.

Oh really? That press conference in Paris on sunday has to be a lie then. I mean, nobody would work on a sunday, right???
Hardly, it's a presentation similar to the one today.
On another note, that means they would have to have worked the release date out by now, and so there is no good reason they would leave it until Sunday. If they don't announce it now in Paris, I fear we could be looking at another indefinite delay.
