Yo dawg, I heard you like delays, so we delayed your delay so you can delay.

In the Sunday paper today Sears and another ad are still saying 11/2.

You sure you're willing to snip your man bits over a game?
Why? Don't care who announces it or how, just that it gets announced.
Excellent.
Just like I said, they want laser shows, fireworks, and a damn car jumping through a ring of fire. Everyone there will cheer, scream, and bow down with excitement. I guess that is what Sony thinks it is all about.
... My iCal is set to go off tomorrow with a 1 day reminder, but the message is a little more pathetic, "Gran Turismo 5 Arrives."
I don't know why I haven't reset it, it's almost as if I am trying to give myself something to be sad about.Or I'm still waiting for a new bloody release date.

Is a way to say a impossible thing in my region...![]()
Do they have to announce it at a game show or car show? Maybe it's just me but once they announce it simply on their site it spreads like a wildfire beyond control, we live in the information age for crying out loud, no need for a physical announcement anymore.....
@Racecar.
Because we are a bunch of sour puss's.![]()

Well, announcing it at a show is supposed to allow them to reach more mainstream and automotive press that might not otherwise run with an announcement made on its own. Everyone here will find out no matter how they announce the date, so it is a better business practice to make the announcement at a show. Of course, that doesn't make the wait easier.

Chances are they are not announcing anything because they know GT5 will not ship in 2010. The longer they hold out, the more PS3-GT5 related sales they will generate, as well as GT5 pre-orders.
Nice find! 👍
