There is a Nissan event ongoing this month with a special GT5 version to play with. So hopefully some more images/movies will be posted this month.

Nice to see something new but im affraid there are still no alert signs on dashboard for shifting in GT-R.

Ohohoho, stop it, please! No more pictures of the ring, because it's looks like Angelina Jolie spreading honey over her skin and looking at me and I just can't have it. :grumpy:

Nice picture, by the way.

Which picture do you mean; the Ring or the Angelina picture you just put in my head?

You guys think that GT5 will now have 12 vehicles on track? Now with damage, and rain, more processing power is needed? I hope not, I want full 16.

Is it me or is there a rather large glitch in the mirror. If you remember the moveable boxes in the TT demo were invisible in the mirrors.

I never realised the layout is so different! This looks more like a rally stage, except that it's a short loop.

They really have been tinkering away with a good deal in the background.

I hope the spinning wheels at low speed in GT5 will look like in gt hd concept. Somehow the reality effect in gt5 prologue was "downgraded" compared to the hd demo.

It was very smooth too.

Best looking Mercedes ever . I need it.
Tail lights look a bit like S5's though.

It's a concept based on the forthcoming new CLS, expect a toned down production version later this year, maybe already modelled for GT5. ;)

It seems to be a date-bug, it is advised not to use the fat PS3 until further notice, they are looking for a solution within 24 hours.

I have one of those.....just what we needed.

Yeah. I just read an article on the Sony PS3 Blog that advises Non-slim PS3 owners to not use their PS3 today. If you do you may lose data for trophies, etc. The slim PS3's, according to Sony, have been unaffected. I haven't played my PS3 slim for a few days yet though. So I've just read what has been going on.

And yet the layout is the same as GT5:P!?
I guess they changed it after they made the trailer... how odd!

I think the lack of motion blur is unrealistic, at least as compared with watching a car with your own eyes - obviously a TV camera has a discrete shutter system, so it usually has far less blurring.
Though there is an odd artifact with the GT5:P wheels, as soon as they start moving, the geometry appears to change! Maybe so it's easier to blur?

I think some of the downgrading is due to changes in the lighting, although I can't pinpoint where!

I don't know if this is the right place to ask, but is there a way in GT5P or will there be a way in GT5 to isolate each players' audio to headphone when playing side by side? Maybe it's just me, but it really confuses me hearing the other player's engine and road noise. The engine sounds mess with my shift points when I'm in a tight corner and can't really spare the attention to check the tach and the tire squealing will sometimes make me correct when I don't need to.

Also, I'd like to mount some base shakers to my rigs, but I'd only do it to one if I couldn't separate it for two player. Here's my setup, btw:

It's a whole family affair!

It's all a bit confusing i guess, it's like PD uses several trial and error methods.
HD to showcase the graphics, Prologue to showcase the general game structure and online-ability and the TT-demo to showcase where the physics might go.
Thinking about it from their view point it probably makes sense to get feedback on several occasions whilst still developing the main game and the ability to make timely adaptations or changes.

Careful, Brad Pitt may be on the forums, looking for an excuse to beat someone up...

:dopey: Enter in [/Legolas] mode and just put an arrow in his heel and all it's ok. Or should I call it Orlando Bloom mode?

Besides, Angelina might be reading these forums and.....💡....never mind....

The lack of info is really disturbing me, unfornately this probably mean we won't see the game so early, and still there's a long way until autumn. If the wait will really be long as it seems, they could give us the CES demo, it's already done and I would fiercely enjoy it.

Okay, they won't give us nurburgring for free, before someone quotes me, but the Lambo + Indy GP combo would be fantastic and enough to calm down things.
