Speaking of soundtracks, I want to make a custom soundtrack from GT1-GT5! Any links I can get these songs? From Classical to Rock to Electronic, Would love to hear ALL the music in GT5!

That's what I did for my GT5!

Best way is to extract the audio from a good quality youtube video. There are many software that does this. If you're using Windows/PC, I recommend DVDvideosoft's youtube to mp3 program. It downloaded things really fast in the old version, but the latest version you may have to download them one by one to get faster speeds. Other than that, there are a lot of firefox add-ons, but they're not as good in my opinion, and a lot of them are ad-full.

just log onto GT5 and it'll be under "Community". From there, you can receive it into your garage/delivery.

Bit disappointed about the free X2010 tbh, yeah it's great that people can have an awesome car for free, but for those who worked hard to earn it via the challenge it kinda takes away the achievement

Exactly how I feel. It's hard enough getting Bronzes on Vettel, let alone Golds. Effectively everyone now has Bronzes on Vettel's challenge, which I for one worked hard on.

You could get it by just grinding your b-spec to lvl 35. Not that hard...

Which is why they should have made this gift car a standout color. Such as Gold Chrome to coincide with Vettel's.championship.

Except for the fact that everyone gets the same X1 for reaching level 35 in B-spec that you get for getting all bronze in the Vettel challenge, which doesn't take much effort at all... and besides, I think some people worry too much about what other people have and how they got it.


Regardless. The curious thing I noticed with the gifted X1 is that, like the recent 0 mile cars in the OCD, it comes with the 3% boost in power which normally requires the car to be driven over 300km.

The real curious thing is that the PP goes down with the gifted X1 if you change the oil, even though the power goes up. Not only that, but the gifted X1 without an oil change has 6 more PP than the prize car Vettel X1 with an oil change - even though it has 17 less hp?!?!?! Very odd...

And yet, theirs nothing wrong with getting it for free just by getting the B-Spec level up to 35?

Also, why is it a big deal? If you know you worked for it, then good for you. This is just a kinda gesture to the fans and it just so happens to work for people who even with the lowered times still couldn't get at least a bronze.

Done it in only one lap, which is amazing considering the last time I drove I couldn't keep on track most of the time.

I don't understand why people complain about the music selection. gt5 allows you to customize your own sound track.

I turned off the race music and turned on every track for menu music. The musics not so bad when you only hear a few of the hundreds of tracks every time you start the game. They're not as bad as you think when they're just playing for the menus.

A major problem is that the online lobbies only play the same two tracks! It's horrible.

I don't listen to the music & I don't care if they give every car in the game to everyone as it makes no difference at all to my enjoyment of the game.
