EDIT

Does anyone else find it strange that the 3 interviews were all done at the GT Academy Finals, yet posted just yesterday. That's a long time apart for just a few questions. Did PD tell them to wait so that there would actually be some news at this time as opposed to feb/march, when the finals happened, and then absolutely nothing til E3 or so?
Just some speculation.

If you look toward the end of the GT Academy sub-forum, it talks about
Kaz visiting the finalists on Apr 18. Surprised the volcano didn't
thwart his visit.

Ok, thanks!
So it's the end of the gt academy racing series and not at the actual final where the winners for the gt academy were announced.

Ah, looks like the wiki has been updated. Weeeee dawgy, mud bogging! I have my fingers crossed for soap box derby, lawn tractor racing and maybe BMX.

It has been a big day for GT5 news.

It won't be a bad thing exactly that the page will be locked by the end of the day.

I don't understand the thing about the damage. My thing is he saying the interior view won't be for standard cars but for premium then they
showed screed shots of standard car's.
Also I'd love to see my standard car's interior many
people would cause in the begining of the game
that what all of us are going to be driving.
Maybe he's hiding alot for a big surprise when we get
the game. But yet still no release date.

I read in Kaz's latest interview (posted on the news page) that Porsche is at the top of his wish list of cars Kaz wants to include in GT6. (It's the last question in the interview)

I wanted to point out that there is no load wait time between selecting your choice of vehicle and track. Is that significant to anyone else? You notice it on the Youtube video that was just shown in a couple of posts just recently.

How is the Wikipedia page not locked. I like the Release part.

For posterity:
On 4/20/2010 it was announced that GT5 would be released when It's fans met Kazunori Yamauchi's demands. However he has not yet released the list, saying it would be released to the public "soon"

Yeah, I noticed that, too. Not sure if the video was cut :odd:

Mud Bogging

Heh, as a Jeep driver, I'd be ok with that event. :D

For a different game of course, a realistic rock-crawling Jeep(ish) course would be excellent. I'd love to experience a physics engine that simulates offroading.

retarded AI is back? he gets slammed twice for slowing down on the straight :nervous:

Yeah, stupid AI for crashing into someone who was doing something they shouldn't. In real racing you'd be penalised for doing what that player did (collision or not) because it's unsafe. Who's more retarded, the player or the AI?

He didn't slam on his breaks or anything, just stayed at around 130. The AI had 20ft of space between cars at the start. Within a couple of seconds they rear ended him, twice, without bothering to maneuver around. So the guy going 30kph slower than he should, is the reason he got rear ended?
Trust me I can see your point, but in this case, there is no defending the AI.
