I thought it was many cars from GT4, not all of them as you say. I'd guess around 600-650 will be carried over, leaving us with 200 new (give or take a few) cars in GT5
650 + 230 = 830, that's 170 short of the 1000+ we've heard from several sources now
GT4 has around 650 cars
GT5P has around 70, but many of the 70 are cars from GT4. The Vipers, the NSX, the Ford GT, the Mustang, etc etc and some are just newer models of cars from GT4 like the Corvette C6, which shouldn't be counted as a "new" car but should be counted as a "GT4" car in a sense
=ReBeL=
I don't mind driving the same cars from GT4. The question is how will they carry over those GT4 cars? Just upscale them to HD? Completely rework them?
1,000 cars modeled to full PS3 spec/GT5P quality is a very real possibility. Remember all the 600 cars in GT Mobile have interior view and somewhat decent graphics. Why shouldn't all the GT5 cars have interior view and GT5P quality graphics? Remember how the info said 20 tracks / 60 variations? They probably focused on modeling the cars and not tracks. They probably will release many many tracks via DLC.
1,000 cars = no GT6 and ALOT of DLC confirmed in my mind.
