Of course they don't expect anything on GT5, they are still under the impression it'll be delayed til the end of the world and therefore don't care. I'm not gonna go by what they say, I'm going by what I see at the conference which according to the schedule, will having something during that 20 minute time slot.

I just figure that this game is using Sony's money, it has to be. I mean a private developer couldn't be coasting on the success of GT5:P and GTPSP, despite their Sony affiliation. The game needs to be released. 4-5 years for a sure-hit blockbuster is nothing out of this world. But 6-7 years is, just take into account the salaries of the undoubtedly talented PD programmers. The game will be out in 2010 or very early 2011.

Hopefully,... Im not going to sit tight yet though...
 
They designed the GT-R's dash. GT5Prologue sold like a top tier title, GTPSP sold well for a psp game... they were involved in the unveiling of the Ferrari 258 Italia, the Mercedes SLS and the Toyota FT-86. Most, if not all of that work pays.
 
E3 is almost here, good luck to us all, for a good game and quick release of GT5. Special thanks to the GT Planet staff for staying on top of things!

No we all want GT5 to be out next month lol.
 
If Microsoft is able to keep new hardware a total secret and have it ship within a week of announcement, then Sony should really take a good look at themselves if they are holding the release for more than a month. unless of course it is still in development, in which case :guilty: it has been way too long, if E3 doesn't provide any solid release date, then it will be VERY disappointing.

not necessarily. as i said in my post above, how did no retailer manage to slip that a batch of slim Xbox 360's were being shipped?

i also went to ebgames, i asked whether they were taking pre-orders for GT5 yet, then the guy says "wait till next week, after E3." i just went along with it, but i couldn't help thinking, why about 2 weeks ago (a couple of days before i was in the store) was GT boosted to front slot on the EBG website, with a sign saying "Pre-order now?" makes you wonder doesn't it? i suppose we just have to cross our fingers 👍
