You nailed it...
Someone leaped from 200 damage+interior (as in inner parts) to "cockpit only for 200". And that dug up an old and well buried issue.

I just found the proof of reverse lights in GT5

i think the Premium cars will have DESTRUCTABLE interiors. As in, as the car rolls and gets damaged, so the interior gets damaged.

Also, it would sound like more and more cars could end up being upgraded to Premium after the game is released. The only reason why ALL the cars aren't is because it takes too long. So, they could be working on making premium models for more cars.

Indeed sir. Plus, I don't see Kaz releasing GT5 without being able to drive each car in cockpit mode. Especially since almost all of the cars in Prologue allowed that very thing!

Yes PREMIUM. Let's look at that now...

We always consider that to be =PAID. Now with PSN Plus, people are starting to associate those two things. So before it goes the same way as interior/inside/cockpit, please keep things separate.

That word premium is surely used to refer to cars modeled with additional features (damage and inner parts shown when damaged). As in better. Not paid.

Premium car above = above average cars. So, in addition to cockpit, it will have damage and it's interior guts showing off when crashed.

Initailly for racers only, now with the added time given by the "delays" since March, it's been extended to more cars and will continue to be, as stated previously.

Eurogamer just misunderstood something that seems like a small detail to them ...but in fact, it's a really big deal and everyone at GTP should know by now that every car in GT5 will have the cockpit-view available.

I'm not disagreeing or anything I just find it funny that a 2ndary source such as eurogamer which got it's info straight from the translator is less believable to the people here than a picture of a car with MSpaint writing made by a stranger. Simple because he picture shows what we want and wish for and the article is the opposite.

As someone who speaks 2 languages, things get mistranslated a lot, especially with asian languages. I speak arabic, and I understand how specific asian languages are and how incorrect translations become when translated to english, even by a person.

I saw that too, though I haven't seen any images so I don't know. If it is incorrect, it just shows how little Eurogamer knows what they are talking about.

What they say makes no sense: "let's REMOVE cockpit view feature from GT series, and some 800 cars and leave it only for those with damage"?

And frankly gaming sites and magazines are not the best source of info. They screw up every translation, mix stuff up, etc.

Edit: Sadly, that stranger probably knows more about GT than the whole current staff at eurogamer.

Almost the whole eurogamer interview is a joke to me, and of course that Porsche part can't be true - just like that interior/cockpit part - we just have too much proof for the opposite.

im not able to follow everything here but i've been reading the stuff about the cockpit view thingy there... and now that statement with the porsche...

Lets hope IGn gives us a little better interview with Kaz!
