Damn. I thought they were so much better than GT5P felt so good with the G27 Even the N3 felt way better than the N3 is GT5P. You use a wheel right?

It did feel good on my G25 but some feedback effects were weird and he is right, it did feel like an ice arena, uncontrollable oversteer almost impossible to drift with the stock z but it's unlikely it will be like that in the final game.

I hope so!!! Along with sparks too. Other than that, i will be happy. I think a standard physics model will be in PD's best interest. I just dont see my 8 year-old brother enjoying it with the TT physics.

I suppose I never noticed the back fire would get that big. I'm either driving hard or staring at the pit girls :P

You dont watch your own replays?? If you play in Bumper cam of course you cant see, but you can hear the pop, but its highly visible in replays especially that Alfa 155 DTM cuz the exhaust points upwards.

I dont know if its 100% realistic how they did it in GT4, you could get backfire from an Autobianchi Abarth that has like 80 horses.

On race cars and LM's i could see how its possible, even high powered street cars but on some of the lower power cars i dont know, if someone wants to clear it up.

Would you guys be happy if they included the Prologue physics aswell? So you will have option of...

- Prologue
- Standard
- Professional

Prologue physics?? you meant TT physics...
Because Prologue physics has a Standard and Professional as well...

So let's not make it complicated anyways.

If PD does not change anything, the TT physics will be the GT5 Pro physics...
For everyone else, there will be GT5 standard physics...

Both physics will be available to Standard AND Premium Cars, but only ONE TYPE OF PHYSICS allowable in a race and per race.

Clear enough? Be a little be logical guys.

I played the hell out of GT4 (and still play it when I'm at my brothers house) but never noticed that alfas 146 backfire was so awesome:dunce:

No I meant Prologue. Forgot Prologue had standard physics aswell...

So yeah

- Prologue Standard
- Prologue Pro
- Standard
- Pro

Forget about TT altogether, because the GT5 physics will be a better and refined version of the TT physics. Prologue on the other hand, the difference is like night and day. I'm just saying, would be cool to have it in there too

The best way to make cars backfire i found is to heel toe with an aggressive heel(or thumb) on the gas, then just check out your replay in chase with the trigger finger on the Pause button and Enjoy the dragon that is the 155*

No it wasn't even included ( the 146 that is ;)), it was the 155 DTM ( or whatever the full name was ) and it had the most violent backfire.
It seems to be quite realistic as well if you noticed those heat-resisting metal ( or other material ) foil pieces above the exhausts.

Fake or real main menu?

right it's a 155:)

I just hope that we get the gt4 map back.

Please not the GT4 map which to me is both cluttered and illogical. No more scrolling left, right, up and down. The menu in Prologue and even the new GT5 menu seems to have everything on one page and much easier on the eyes. And please no grey on white or anything with white background.

Really? I consider the GT4 map one of the best menus I've ever seen. Original, beautiful and functional. An ingenious idea. So much that I was expecting another surprise in GT5, but it looks like we will be getting a regular menu again...

You don't know what's behind them yet ;)
