I hope we get less prize money! (towards the start of the career that is). Would be nice if you could choose the "difficulty" which isn't just about driving assists like in FM3.
 
I really hope we are unable to get the easy quick methods of earning prize money, like the RSC Rally car or the CLK-GTR in GT4, that made the game so easy for me in the first try, I felt so guilty doing it and it kind of washed away the true feeling of having earned a car with honest money as I had in GT3. Even though I didn't want to, it was so tempting...
 
Moaning about easy money is one thing, but I hope there's a way to make lots of money, because I don't want to grind away for dozens of races, or more, to save up for race cars I don't win. That won't be any fun either, if it takes many game months to buy one expensive car.

I agree, it would be nice to have a more life-like carrer mode in GT5.:)

I wouldn't doubt seeing a TT Gallardo in GT5. 1500hp is retardedddddddd and would probably be quite hard to acquire with credits, but it sure would be fun as hell

If PD has reached a new level of customization as they promised, maybe you can build a 2000bhp monster honda life step van, capable of making a Veyron cry for his mommy.........
 
Hi guys, been on forums for 1 month as a guest but now decided to register to share one thought i've been thinking last night :)
It would be a great addition to online mode if PD make spectator mode with support of 200+ people spectating race (like in Trackmania :) )
Just imagine watching your favorite team (or pilot ;) ) competing in some League or Championship (World? :) ). Oh, and if GT5 also includes qualifications...
It'll be just like watching real racing on TV. 👍

It would be a fun project with the new physics/customisation/damage.
 
As soon as I get my hands on GT5, i will challenge any Lambo that you have for a quarter mile drag strip race El Drifto, and of course, i'm going to race with my LifeStepVan, or maybe with my ferocious QuadTwinTurboCharged Midget Type II..... :dopey:

Besides of this jokes, I'm looking for challengers in Prologue online mode, but I couldn't connect yesterday........

For the next three weeks, I prohibited myself to play but, as soon as my graduation is over, I will just buy my G27 and wait till GT5 hit the stores, then we maybe can take some races between forum members in private rooms and we will see who's faster at the Ring, and then Suzuka, followed by La Sarthe....

Or maybe we will see who's less slower, since i've played online just four or five times and it was really easy, the overall level of the oponents is ridiculous, they don't know even when to brake and end ramming you on the first Suzuka turn...

Hi, I'm registered from a long time and I follow the forum everyday, but i've never posted anything.

About the night races, I noticed that in one of the promotional videos of GTbyCitroen can be recognized the London circuit at night. (you can read clearly "Hyde Park Corner" on the asphalt)

You think we can run at night on all circuits? This means that we can compete for example on the SSR5 on day time?

200 is a bit much. But it is going to get to the point where people want to play the game more than they want to watch it, you know?
 
i just noticed something !!

Look at 0:22-0:23 of snake video. Clearly it shows dynamic lights not just dynamic shadows ! Night/day confirmed. Probably we will see one of the best night racing implementations !!

Night race @ NRING will be something ...

Enlightening of the roof from roadside reflection looks gorgeous :drool:

It would be really nice to have this detailed lighting when game shouldn't have to display sixteen cars on the screen.
