First - It's PD,PS3,Japan.
GT is not Forza.GT is most "bug free" game ever.
Second - I can pretend that if it crashed on stage demo - it's a big problem too - so its really not a big difference here.

And tell me how it can crash that way anyway?
Again - TTDemo has bugs too, but we all played it.

Great game? Yes. Perfect? No. Any game that has issues with the AI complying to race rules and the game just inventing times when finishes are close doesn't qualify as bug-free.

It's an arcade game with exaggerated and movie-like 'special effects' so the car companies don't have to worry. But for a game that claims itself to be a simulator, it's not that easy to allow it to 'simulate' their car catch fire every 3rd race...

I've played many games.Compared to other Racing games GT is highest quality.

I'm not telling that its completely bug free, but it has least bugs compared to other racing and not racing games.

Again, all games have bugs, but GT has least compared.And of course it's not perfect.There is no such thing.

Ok guys - I just want a demo and think that it's already comparable (quality-wise) to TTDemo!That's all.
 
I`m so happy that I`m not poor, so I don`t have to buy the regular version of the game, I`ve ordered the signature edition, and happily I live in a country where I can join the SLS competition, life IS good

I hope you got a decent wheel, you'll need that to qualify for the SLS ;)

Oh and a cockpit is preferable to, not to forget that 3D TV to get your braking points right. (You might aswell buy an SLS by now :P )

Because cars in Grid and Shift are race cars, not production cars. Crashing is a part of racing so racing companies and manufacturers are fine with showing race cars in massive crashes with extensive damage.

Production cars, on the other hand, are a different story, I made a post in the Damage Thread, go read it.

Hum, we can argue on Grid, but NFS Shift definitely has production cars you can or not upgrade to racing specs. Regardless, I think you are saying GT5 is not a "racing" game...??

You don't know that b/c you've never played GT5 in its final version & I highly doubt you've played other every game in existence.

To be honest, I'm hoping, with every bit of my being, that it (weather/day/night) will be not available to some races like... Nascar... just so they can free up memory space for more cars... I'm hoping. They need a full grid (or a close to full grid) for it to be even semi interesting... Hell, NASCAR can get boring with 43 cars, so why would 16 cars be any fun?

Thats a great Idea... How do you think the guy in 42nd place feels? Because he just joined an online race and he was put there?

I personally would just leave the game, Its hard enough taking over even 6 skilled drivers, let alone 12, and 16.. But now even more. Even the people talking about 32 on nascar would be great, It would be, In GT mode, (But even then, qualifying a bad time and trying to overtake that many cars can be hard) but not in Online. Over half the people would just quit the game, because they realize its hopeless.

We all know the AI isn't the greatest in GT, Thats why Online is getting much attention by the public (as well as it being the first online GT), people want to verse others.

Then why shouldn't you buy a real SLS AMG instead of a game? :D

Plus, with damage included, it's entirely possible somebody starting in the back half of a bigger grid could conceivably pull off a win :)

See, this kind of surprises me. There are kids on here too young to enter the contest that are still dropping this kind of money on one video game? Aren't there better things to spend your (if it is indeed your own) money on?

Have you seen the damage in Shift? It's nowhere near the devastating in-your-face total body-twisting type as Grid. It's just like Forza 3's.

GT5 has both production and race cars, and you can race both types, so it is a racing game.

QUICK QUESTION
Can't remember if you an transfer cars from GT5P. I won't be using them until quite a way through the main game but would like to transfer my F12007 and my Stealth Ford GT Concept. Keep them in the garage for when the appropriate time comes.

I think that you can use them in the Aracde mode immediately!!
