I know ´cos a user of my "main" forum, clubjapo(Spain), brought it 2 months ago more or less. It´s actually in Barcelona, waiting for retune and geometry updates to fit an widebody kit. I cant wait to see it doing backwards entries!

I'm temporarily (like... ten minutes) locking this for a spot of house-keeping. Do not be alarmed if bits start disappearing and reappearing...

Right. Job jobbed. That should do it :D

Thanks a lot famine. I'm getting back to work on the list and it should be done in a few hours ;)

It's definitely an RS6 Avant.

For comparison purposes: the RS6 has the LED "underbrows" and the cut line for the hood between the grille and lights is horizontal. An RS4's is cut on an angle, and the bottom edge of the lights isn't flat:

Considering most are having to be grabbed from leaked videos, it's kind of all that we've got for now.

Just to add.

I suppose this car the Honda HSV-010 GT has not been confirmed. Has Kazunori hinted that this car is going to be in the game?

Man, almost forgot about this car during all the chaos. Yeah, we were told it might not be ready for release and that the CR-Z and HSV were both worked on at the same time. It's funny that the CR-Z is included along with that weird, white backdrop movie but the HSV is not finished.

OK, I finished updating the Car List.
I just need to count down every car and make a few statistics and it will be 100% done.

If you have remarks/suggestions, let me know ;)

Um.. the reason they did not have time, is because the 2009 season they had the NSX, while suddenly they had to get a new car,if they were to continue racing in the league. The HSV came in not long ago, and it's understandable that they have had more important stuff to get done before shipping went out, other than make One car, while the rest of the grid is alread done and tested.

Kaz never mentioned any of this, not that I can remember. The cr-z and HSV were being worked on at the same time they were working on the LFA, that's what all the interviews made it seem like.

So sad it's just one Volvo premium. I had really hoped for an XC 60, 70 or 90 to play with on Chamonix, but two 3 of my favourite cars is also missing: Z4 Si35, Zonda F and Aston Martin DBS. = (

It's a good list anyway! =D Just hope the cars I'm missing will come some day, otherwise I'll probably get a bit bored in the length.

Awesome Job! The GT4 list was never updated with the final car list, so this is nice. Jordan will be able to link straight to this thread for the car list.

Well done! 👍

Question: Do we know if the Spirra Prototype '04 comes under Proto Motors or Oullim Motors in the game? The official list says Oullim but I notice the list on the first page has changed it to Proto.

What was the exact purpose of including a US hatch if its ineligible for any hatch series (like GT4)? I'm not saying I'm upset that the Vibe GT is in, I'm just wondering. I'm majorly disappointed that they still choose to keep the Espace F1 from GT2 out of the newer games.

No one knows if some other car will be downloadable from official PS3 website? Till now there were a lot of rumors, but nothing official; it could be a big improvement if during all the developing of new version of GT they will release new cars, without waiting the official disk game.

I don't think it's unrealistic to assume that they will update the game with more premium cars. They did that in Prologue so I don't see why they wouldn't do it for the full game.

But they promised updates for GT5P. Remember according to the people here, it was just a demo/beta so of course fixes came out. GT5 spec stages make little sense.

When I bought GT5 (preorder ofc.) I was a bit suprised cause it costed more then I expected. So here goes my theory.
For the +/- 10 euro's more (I have the standard edition without the fancy stuff) you get the DLC free... with limitations ofc.
If you want for example a car with orange seats (can't make a better example)
then you have to pay since it isn't effecting the world wide gaming, but if you want a total new car/track whatever it is free....
I know some games have got simulair options so lets hope GT5 has them.
Also I don't mind if we don't get DLC or patches (IF everything works superb!), because I definnetly will play the game to 100% (a goal that will take some time

I'm feeling like were being led on to believe this is it in terms of cars, but in reality we'll get more. The used car dealership is where I'm thinking we'll see some cars that aren't on the list officially. And maybe more so after we get to certain levels. Just my two cents. Also another thing to remember is that there are already RM or race modified cars. Two C6 Corvettes mind you. Not sure if anyone gets what I'm getting at, but the possibility of having more RM cars is another car in itself, so the list given is not full. You never know if you'll be able to Race Modify a McLaren F1 into the F1 GTR style body, and it be premium. This is what I was getting at a while back. Maybe the cars that we love that are standard, will be able to be premium if we race modify a premium car. Ford GT into the Spec II race car anyone?

...so when we get the official word from PD in regards to a car list, after plenty of people have said they'd withhold judgment until PD or Sony say something on any particular topic, why do people then disregard it?

Sure, I hope more RM's are available (because 17 is frankly a joke), but if they were, they'd be listed. I doubt giving an RM to a car will transform it into another car, other than the version with "RM" grafted onto the end of it's name. It'd make the Spec II Ford GT much less of a special item if anybody with the road versions just RM'ed it.

This is like the cockpit argument months ago, and more recently, the Standards wheel change argument: the most likely and simple explanation turned out to be right. No matter how people tried to twist English for either of those, no, we didn't get cockpits for Standards, and no, we cannot change wheels on Standards. PD giving us a car list means it's likely RM's are exactly what we see in that list. Though, let's all hope some updates down the road will expand that 👍

(EDIT) I can't stress enough how much I wish every possible variation of the Macca was in, but it's looking unlikely. I wonder how close I'll be able to get to replicating my own LM, then...

(DOUBLE-EDIT) Also, great job at getting the list transferred over so quickly, Fido 👍

I notice there is no FPV in the list. I thought all cars from GT4 were going to be included, or maybe it was just accidently left out.

Edit: Also that post about cars becoming premium with racing modifications is a bit silly. If that were the case then the car would be premium from the start
