I'd like to think it may have served a purpose after all, for all of you who don't like these unlikely vehicles included or the thread I started, sorry although thinking it might have influenced or inspired them to include these vehicles is too much credit and wishful thinking no doubt, I'm not that daft.

I'm not all that sure about liveries. It should still look the same, but I wanna say that it'd be like a "Tuned" upgrade. We've seen a TVR Tuned before. Plus the Tuned cars from GT5P, I kinda doubt it'll be an upgraded. But one can only hope.
Also, the liveries came with the Race Mods in GT1/2.

I don't know if there's any mention of this yet, but is anything lined up today for GT5 conferences? Wondering if we can expect anything new today. Tomorrow the show is open to the public correct? We should see a new revised demo tomorrow, hopefully with some of these new tracks and cars.

In GT1 and 2 the race mod included a bodykit and racing livery. That's not to say that this isn't a race mod that just doesn't have a livery, but I'm leaning towards thinking that this kitted up GT is a seperate model to the road car. Probably an LM car like what PD did with Dodge Concept car in GT2, they did an LM racing version with no livery. Not the first time they've done it by no means if that is what we're seeing.

They were usually liveries from race cars based on the car you were using - not necessarily one already in the game. E.g. one of the EG Civics, or the 3000GT, with it's green or red(ish) Puma livery. etc. The Supra RZ, though, could be turned into a "Castrol-esque" Supra, in white or black.
Others were more generic, like the 92 Del Sol, which just had stripes and a badass aero kit.

That prototype X1 looks something like the new LMP cars. The new Honda's especially. How much power and what it will weigh will be of utmost importance to gauge how much of a speed demon it will be. I hope that Furai is in, that car was all sorts of wicked looking in GT PSP.

Just found this too, the RBR X1 Prototype thing, goes to at least 397 Km/h
Does everyone remember what Vettel said a while back when the first annoucement of the release date (Nov 2 that is) was made?
It will do 400 Km/h on the straightaways
Same car methinks?

That's what I mean, the liveries were that of race cars, not like you could make your own rather than pick one. NFS Shift has that option when you go to livery editor. So yeah, maybe there will be already made liveries, maybe not. I'm saying that maybe that GT by Citroen is the RACE car or LM car (like the Ford GT), because in videos before, weve seen the Citroen by GT ROAD CAR. If it's not the race car that's some serious kit on it. And it looks to me like customization is awesome!

As a muscle car fan I'm more than satisfied right now. The '69 Camaro Z28 302, '70 426 Hemi Challenger, and '71 Mach 1 Mustang will make up for some great races. 👍
I can't believe this game. It's everything I could possibly imagine and more!
Don't forget that customized black SEMA winner Mustang which was shown a long time ago, don't know whether you'd like it but to me that also seems like something to look forward to ( although not as much as the original muscle cars ).

It's possible. He could also be talking about LMP cars since they get p to those speeds too don't they?

The "Ghost car" is a 71 or 72 Mustang.
Could be a Mach1 but if Kaz went for the premium muscle in that series, its a 71 Boss 351 Mustang. The top performer in that body style Stang.
