After cycling through the UCD to find some colored cars (Camaro, Chevelle and some RX-7 LM Race cars, Audi R8 LMS....), I did figure out that it matters which race you enter.
If you go to the Beginners FR race (5x), your almost guaranteed to receive cheap cars, if you go to the extreme dream car race (5x), you will find some nice LM race cars.... (or other high value cars)

After (i guess) over 500 cycles, this was the only real pattern I've noticed....

Uh, no. All that matters is what game day you're on and where on the cycle you started. It's preset and does not change in any respect to things that you do.
Here's the test:
* Backup your save
* Go to Beginners FR race and skip through to increase game days by 5
* Note the cars now in the UCD
* Restore your save so you're at the same game day as you were when you backed it up.
* Go to Extreme Dream car and skip through to increase game days by 5
* Note the cars now in the UCD - they're exactly the same

Unfortunately, that's entirely possible. As far as we can tell, the Used Car Dealership has a very large number of cars in it. We're cataloging as fast as possible, but there are still gaps in our knowledge. Hopefully in the future your UCD will enter "known territory", all I can offer to you is that you keep trying once in a while.

I've integrated Jaymanji's observations into the GT5Cars.net UCD Search. Thanks Jaymanji.
Jaymanji's observations add ≈5,200 more listings, and brings the total number of listings in the database to 13,693. It also means I get to know what's coming up in my own UCD again, yay!

Narrowed down Prototypes to 300km, Tuners to 3000km and Racers to 7500km.

Hey guys! Really interested in seeing what day I'm on but to be honest I can't stay focused enough to go through an entire spreadsheet at the moment. My top 6 cars as of now are:
Audi RS6 '02
Jensen Interceptor MkIII '74
Chevrolet Corvette Z06 (C5) '00
And I forgot the others.
If someone can find what day I'm on right now, great! If 3 cars is not enough, I'll make an update with the other 3 cars at top of list.

Why not give the online searchable Used Car Dealership a try? It requires the top-8 cars in your used car dealership, and it searches the spreadsheets for you.Hey guys! I tried to find my spot in the list with no luck, so I checked my day 1 and was able to find it, but as far as I can tell, I have terrible luck. I'm ~20 days into the ~1000 day long gap in master list 2, oh well. I guess 1000 game days from now I have something to look forward to.

Hey i dont know whether this is the right place to ask, but i need to acquire the bmw m3 gtr race car, and im up to day 340 something. I used encoded's site to find out when its next available and it says 2463 till the next one will i have to go through licenses thing that many times to get it or will it be available before then. Given that the BMW M3 GTR Race Car's rarity is a 4, I would expect you'll see it well before 2,463 days have gone by, it's just that the one in 2,463 days is the next one we know of. Looking through the database, it looks like you'll be waiting at least 647 game days before one shows up though.
