Hey TDZ can I suppose that with the new patch 2.09 the Tire/Fuel Consumption will be set to "Normal"?

yes, plus this new patch is making more cars available in shuffle mode, well... it seems to be to me anyway, I've never had a LFA or a 458 in a shuffle race prior to this week, and I do probaby 4 hours shuffle racing per week,

All the cars I've driven have seemed much more stable online after 2.09 and moving slightly towards understeer. I bought an HSV after PD reworked the sound, took it out stock on RH tires and it was glued to the track and very smooth. The stock NSX's might be a little easier to drive now and a couple of others might be a little understeery. Have to drive them to find out for sure.

the HSV was a very good stable car, but had no top end or straight line guts, prior to the Le Mans 250KM spaz tested it against some cars with me, he would draft all the way down Mulsanne then go to overtake and not get past if not need to draft again,

as for the new update, I would agree that the cars suffer from understeer a bit, but not to the point where its really noticeable, particular to turn 4 at motegi, prior to the update you could take nearly any entry point into that corner and hold it flat out, if not just lift for barely a second and the nose would come back to you, now with the update you cant get away with early entry, and to be able to hold it flat around that corner you really need the line, this race will be interesting,

So if you can't tune your car, but it's over 502hp, will the room let you limit your car to 502hp?

I was about to be nervous due to the fact I wasn't going to have much time to practice, but I forgot with no tuning all I have to do is run two 300km races and practice over. I'm really taking a liking to these no tuning races. But what other set of cars could you use at no tuning that come evenly matched?

@ kolden76, all GTR spots are taken mate, NSX seats are all that's left,

@MSTER, Welcome,

@spaz, not required mate, ANFD doesn't have Motegi... yet, and there would be a team in which would require 4 driver's,

@seth, sorry mate, no Stealth edition's, the chassis are far to potent and are minimum 50KG lighter then the regular GT500s

and if we do another event, there will only be 2 HSV's and I'm guessing straight out the Furi will want one reserved for him, but all diver's seats will be reset, thus making it like chqr's original idea, having 4 manufacture's with 4 cars available,

That's not true. The Stealth NSX is 1100kg like the other NSX's. It's downforce is the same as well.

oh, I don't have them, but I do know the GTR is lighter, if your still online I will come join your room and we can compare it, and see if the chassis is better,

EDIT: cannot find your your room, yellow dot say's,

I don't have the NSX stock in my first account. I'd have to use my alternate account TF_110B

Seth I can send you mine, I doubt ill ever use it. I'm not using Mr's until I get a wheel!

I put pole around 1'47 to 1'48's because just after 20 laps I was running very low 1'51's with a sloppy line. I know i'll be lapping 1'50's easy come Tuesday!

How can you send it to me? Put it online for use or something? I'm not sure how to do that after all this time I've had GT5.

you find the car, don't go into it or select it, you bring up the quick menu, then it will say sell, give to friend, share, then select your desired option,

Hi guys, been keeping an eye on this thread since it started. Looks like a good race to be in. If there is any NSX spots available put me down for the Takata Dome NSX '06
Vhmik/vh_mik/Takata '06

Cheers guys

No tuning means everything is stock on the car, no added parts, no parts adjusted etc, but it does allow you to use the engine limiter to change HP/PP. With enough testing you could easily spec out many groups of cars that come very close in PP out of the box, and just use the engine limiter to adjust HP/PP to get them matched.

It came up earlier but I think the Stealth GT500 cars are a little better overall than their non-Stealth counterparts.

@vhmik, you are aware that the race takes place approx 6AM wednesday morning for you?

@JP, I believe the chassis cope well set up without downforce, and some chassis are lighter then other's similar, seth tells me the NSX chassis is same weight as the Premium NSX, but the chassis just drives better,

as soon as Kolden76 gets back to me it looks like all positions on the grid will be filled, great work guys, hope to see you all there,

any further queries just ask,

I like the stealth cars because their black n white! (my favorite color combo) The aero is the same as is the weight. It just has more power (which you're limiting anyway). I agree the stealth GTR is better because it's 50kg lighter. The stealth NSX may have more torque when you limit the power, but IMO that's the last thing they need! Untuned the NSX's are tricky, I just figured I'd ask. I could try out another NSX if you don't allow it. Or run more weight if its possible.

for this one I won't allow it, but if we hook up for testing between now and the next event, and test it against all other cars, then pending the findings we will go from there,

but also to be fair to everyone that has already signed up and won't check the thread between now and the race, (they're reliable and will show up) I won't allow them for this race either,

I can forecast TDZ next great idea,. 💡

A real endurance series all world circuits 300km each. If so 2 to 3 weeks spacing would be nice with a little earlier start time' 👍

Seth I'm sorry to report that my stealth nsx has been touch unfortunately. Sorry moon doggie we're still friends right?! :dunce:

I perfectly agree to something like that! 👍
Real tracks - 300km - Every 2 weeks - Tuning prohibited :)

What a fabulous championship will be .... imagine:

Fuji Speedway
Daytona Road Course
Circuit de la Sarthe
Nürburgring GP/F
Indianapolis Road Course
Suzuka Circuit
Autodromo Nazionale Monza
Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca
Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps
Twin Ring Motegi
Nürburgring 24h

👍

 I'ma Beat this drum until the skin rips

as long as there is 12 participants I will gladly keep doing these events, eventually I see interest going away, but I'm keen,

I wouldn't make it a series though, just a series of serious spot races,

I would like to join. I would use the Raybrig NSX if i can join.

@orphan, you would have to be a reserve mate, we have 16 driver's committed already, but I dare say that a spot might open up for you,

pending reply's from people who have signed up and committed to the wrong car,
