It could be a teaser meant for a future Gran Turismo game; it didn't say what GT game the NSX Concept was going to be for.

Well then why did they show it driving on route x and SSR5? and some others? and why would they have it in a GT5 opening trailer?

NUFF SAID.

Well, I hope you're right, but we'll have to see to find out I guess.

Hey polyphony...

GIVE US BACK MID-FEILD AND SEATTLE CIRCUIT. K THANKS.

Well so far Seattle Circuit is going to probably be in GT6. ;)

Midfield Raceway may very well be in GT6 as well hopefully.

If they do bring back Seattle, I hope that it would be updated. Parts of the Seattle track has changed significantly since its last appearance in the GT series.

As I said why would you guys think this will be in GT6 when its on the GT5 opening in-game trailer? And why would they be testing that car on GT5 tracks e.g. Route X and SSR5 & Spa ect.

Its obvious that they will not release this car until the REAL car is released in REAL LIFE.

Think before you act! :dunce:

Maybe because GT6 is going to use the same tracks and cars? Think before you act!

Where is it on the opening trailer? The latest trailer only has DLC up to Spec 2.0.

And Slump's right, PD have a habit of reusing cars and tracks ;)

@Zedman, they do both have a point; I was actually thinking the same idea that Slump had. I mean c'mon, each new GT installment always a good majority of the courses from the previous game.

As for the trailer, I think Zedman is talking about this one.

Agreed. If Seattle does return in GT6 (which it mosting likely will it seem ;)) I hope it looks really good and its daytime again (GT2 style).

This.

Last I checked, this was a wishlist thread, not a snipe-at-other-members-who're-away thread.

Necessary infractions handed out; returning to your regularly scheduled topic now.

Guys I mean in the spec 2.0 opening trailer you can see it drive for a split second on Route X.

So why would they have a "GT6" in a GT5 trailer?? :dunce:

Because GT6 is based on GT5? Yeah?

Amen to that Ranman! 👍

The VW W12 is the same as that too. But both with different styling and brands :P Audi and VW work together after all.

Exactly. Different styling, specs and brands.

So why was that not the case with any other GT game :dunce:

Ohhhhh I wonder why!!???
GT4 wasn't based on GT3? GTPSP wasn't based on previous GT titles, especially GT4? GT5 doesn't use tracks and cars from earlier GT titles (and tons of design elements)? GT2 wasn't based on GT1? Want to count in Tourist Trophy too?

I wonder more what you're talking about.

You aint noticed it? It goes whooshing round the first bend of SSRX.

I've watched the spec2.0 intro & trailer a few times already; I'm pretty sure that there is no NSX Concept in it. Those screenshots that you posted are from the two NSX trailers shown so far. PD did not show any footage of the NSX concept until 2012, GT5 spec 2.0 came out around the end of october 2011.
