Yes, but the demo we're getting has nothing to do with the E3 demo. We're getting the GT Academy demo, it doesn't say E3 anywhere. Same drill as before, nothing new here: We never got any demo from a gameshow, but we've got 2 GT Academy demos (3 with this).

Basically we're getting the same thing we got last year for GT Academy, just with shinny graphics, new physics and Silverstone.

Well nothing is 100% sure yet, you might turn your PS3 and find out a full demo, but likely won't happen.

The FFXIV Beta codes are going out now. How is this relevant? It's 2:19am Eastern time and I'm downloading it. About 4 hours ago, I had logged in to see if GTA was here and for the GT5 bonus. I had no PMs at that time.

It's not relevant at all. Beta codes for that game have been available for a week or two at this point.

Assume he meant he thought the beta was just uploaded because he just got a code so gt might be soon.
But like the other guy said it's been up for weeks. Think I got mine 3 weeks ago.
@Dave unless things changed the beta was only open weekends so don't get too excited to play.

One thing I know for a fact, the news section within GT5 mentions nothing about a start time for North America. It only gives the ending and beginning dates.

That a key thing that people seem to have forgotten, or not read yet. Quote from the News item: "The exact time the demo becomes available will vary depending on when the PlayStation Store updates in your region of the world" that means Thursday afternoon for the UK - I had hoped it would be global.

I dont understand why GT-Academy starts before we can get the demo.The store doesnt update until like 3pm est but gt academy starts at 4am est

European store has been known to add things promptly, even if it's not on their update day.

The US store has been known to be very lackadaisical about when they update it.

I think the poster mean't GMT which stands for Greenwich mean time.

Quiet simply 8am GMT means the demo is 45mins away.

I think you have until the end of July for the Academy and end of August for the demo itself. Will you be home by then?
