Great update! Especially like the comments! :lol:

Well . . . the battles go on . . . and on and on and on, since we seem to have quite the extended run at these events.
Obviously, when the 28th rolls around things are going to grind to a halt - but only online where we depended on PD to provide us events.
Meanwhile - there are dozens and dozens of great events hidden in Career Mode - and we intend to make good use of them to play this game together. So, as long as you drivers are here at GTPlanet to challenge each other, the GT6 AI HUB will continue to focus on bringing you together in the spirit of good competition and clean driving fun.
Do not hesitate to use the thread to discuss relevant information either or provide photos of action - this is also what it is for.

To be honest i never run this race from nascar series ( am 51% on the game) so i knew that i have not much chance in this one if someone else take it serious. Trying to find setups i read a lot and also see times from other guys especialy on TTs which are way far from what i can achive. Anyway @lfm58 is fun at least am second , half a century behind and not a full one :lol:.

I changed gearing from std @250km/h to the basic transmission flip that @ERAZER shared some days ago (min-min-stock-middle-max-max on max ifg and min vmax) and strongly used the drag of the faster cars. Lastly I have fully applied min springrate.

At the end of story the key was to lap with Lexus after the exercise on the Skylines you have seen on Red Bull Ring Exp Seasonal thread... let me say by very hot fingers...

Trying to get a decent time for Nascar pole star , manage 6.11 to 6.13 and refreshing the race 5 times even whith Calderon in last place , never , never , never , the 2 last drivers had so much difference ( 10 sec.) from the 14 driver as it is in @lfm58 line up:banghead::banghead:

I was quite sure of your 1:14.5/6 records at Laguna and you lapped it, bravo! Pity I'm on the border of top ten now...:scared::scared::scared:
About Mid-field I love the circuit and I have still few chances to get 1:09 club... hopefully closer to you...:D

It could be a common issue,
I would propose to postpone until the next weekend the AI HUB challenges not relevant to the Seasonals.

If anybody else participating in here feels the same way as lfm58, please throw in your vote here by this Sunday evening the latest - and if there are sufficient voices wanting the present non-seasonal challenges to be continued for one more week after the Seasonal challenges close, then we can certainly do that.

I vote 1 more week, there are some events with still only 1 entry so I think it's a good idea.
I have been focusing on the online races while the servers are still up.
 
Remember this will also extend the Prize event - since that event is based on a Career Mode game.
I, myself, feel that players would do better to throw themselves thickly into all the online action they can get as these are the last few days of ever enjoying the fun (and credits) related to online.
Career mode events are going to be with us as long as we play the game, so there really is no pressure from that direction.

This week in the AI HUB, there wasn't a whole lot of new timesheets as we are getting to the end of the online races, but I'm sure there are going to be a lot of MTM CARDS played.


But @smoothbore12 kept the leader boards ticking over with some more impressive times.

And @lfm58 is catching @ERAZER in the GT EXPERT (can he catch him)?

I would'nt mind extending, but I dont mind keepeing the deadline either. either is fine by me. :)

Also, entry for the supercar killer, damn this car is insane!!! almost 400kmh down the straights, spinning up the rear wheels all the way through 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th gear! 200kmh and still struggling for traction :D

Oooo God , before someone of us ( adove 50s ) see Erazers time posts ,is crucial to get pills for the heart first. We must discover a new rule for him ,something like the one hand tied dehind his back ( the good one), wearing glasses for welding , and certainly snowshoes. Fair enought it sounds.

Well, Smoothbore, we did slap 'Vic Reign Rights' on him so that he is barred from certain races.

4 votes for the extension (with ERAZER and I abstaining for the moment) - so we will end the Seasonal challenges when PD takes them down but keep on with the offline challenges till midnight BST on the 7th of April.
This will give us some time to let the dust settle from the pandemonium that will come with the closing down of the Seasonals and give us some time to segue into playing this game using GTPlanet as our common meeting ground.

I'm looking forward to players who win Design-An-Event tickets coming up with some interesting challenges picked from Career Mode. Remember, winners, you may also gift your tickets to someone else to design a challenge if you have too many to handle.

EDIT: I just had a look at the OP and realized that potential winners of the Online Challenges presented right now do not get to design an event since PD will not be offering any more to work on.

We need to rectify this - BBS with more details.

will receive Design-An-Event tickets for the next round of missions/races/TTs, etc.
Challenge events should be based on any racing event within the game from any licence level, and follow all the traditional AI HUB regulations.

New players - FYI ; these are actually 'virtual' tickets - upon winning you receive the privilege of designing an event for GT6 players in which to compete.
