I might also be worth mentioning that not all standard models are treated the same.

The gt40, Mazda furri, Caterham 7, FGT, and many others might be considered S+ and really only need a higher res texture hear and there and some more Polly's around the fenders... It's the gagy censors that get me.

And then there are a few S- like some of the micro cars and wagons.

Its not feasible to update them all and nearly every racing game is looking to add to their garages by using the higher res models they used for replays etc. in previous games... Heck I don't think I've seen more than a couple new cars announced for Forza yet...

Knowing PD, the little and useless japanese cars might get more attention than popular and relevant european cars.

I'm optimistic that even old Kaz is opening his eyes and his real world racing exp is likely helping.

But culturally the Japanese game dev world is very introverted so its not likely a "one man show" as we might think of in the west.

Well GTP and other sites around the web say it's a 54...

Surely "relevant" depends on ones perspective. They might seem irrelevant to you, but for others they might be important vehicles.

Interesting. Guessing there's more to the Japanese Pre-order bonus then they first announced?

Also at 1:01 in the above video we see lot of cars with the same sticker theme, is this RM models or maybe we'll get a very simple livery editor?

The anniversary cars? Don't tell me you've never seen them before...

special disc all GTs ?? 0:02
Looks like a special disc for videos/trailers. Pay attention to the play icon on the bottom left.

special disc all GTs ?? 0:02

beyond The Apex II 0:52

aero parts ?? 0:59

Hey! No more Japanise mocap of the driver/avatar walking and greeting in the cinematics! And he is taller.

Maybe this is what they mean by selecting "bodies"... In the brazil version.

Maybe its just me, but the driver also doesn't seem to look like a stick figure this time.

The Apex book shows entirely new front bumpers and side skirts on the car in the illustration. Definitely a huge welcome addition compared to GT5's mediocre aero upgrades.

Had the opportunity of taking the Pagani Huayra around Silverstone for 2 laps. This was at the Nasrec Johannesburg Motor Show last week. Car detail looks amazing however the Silverstone track looked identical to GT6 Academy 2013 download that we had in July this year. Can't comment on sounds as it was rather noisey at the GT6 booths.
I found the aliasing really bad on GTAcademy :/
