Haven't been enjoying race B or C this week, I don't know if it's the tracks or the cars but I just haven't liked racing them & generally been punted a lot.

But race A is so much fun, I could drive that one all day! Been getting loads of podiums and another win yesterday!

Starting on the outside is definitely a disadvantage as you're guaranteed to be pushed off at the first corner if you haven't managed to move in but if you can make it through turns 1 & 2 then there's some great racing to be had and lots of overtakes!

Daily A - i can’t get to grip with the car. Also I cant find any more speed from the car to improve my quali lap time. Every race I’ve done ive been towards the back of the grid.
Daily B - the one car grid is just boring. If they had more cars that was competitive I think this would be a great daily race. I don’t like the lack of track limits too.
Daily C - Quite like this. A couple of strategies available and a couple of cars that work. If your not in the CLK, you just need to make sure you don’t drop of the leaders too much otherwise you can’t make a no stop work. Tried the one stop in the Lexus RC F and I only made a few places.

This week:

A - Maybe 5 races, the most fun for me.

B - 2 races a day to get the prize card, struggling to get a top 10, because of the sheep WRX players.
I even tried all the FWD cars now.

C - 2 races. One with the old NSX and one with a Nissan. And that's all for now.

The positive point this week, has been able to make several liveries, more than 10 and planning to make more today.

So frustrating after finally giving race C a go. I'm making a few mistakes and have to own those, but I've also twice gotten penalties now for someone rear ending me. I earn them when I screw up under braking and tap someone in the rear or send them off. Why should I then be penalized when the same happens when me?

So frustrating. But it is fun battling the newer cars versus the old as each have specialized sections. Just wish it would give a fairer penalty run instead of giving me the penalty for all contact no matter where or how it happened.

Edit: ran another race and had 1 guy swerve blocking and wrecking loads of people. Then someone was spun out and wrecked. They were ghosted and I drove to avoid them, but they were straightening out and even though they weren't moving any more than say 10mph I got "hit" and spun through tertre rouge and given a 4 second penalty. So for a whopping 2 incidents where I was definitely at fault over 4 races, and many many others where I got hit my SR is down to A.

But since I'm on PS4 it'll be the same lobbies again anyway.

Im unsure on how the penalties work at Le Mans. I’m sure they keep changing daily.

If someone could please explain how I got a 2 second penalty from this, that would be appreciated. Maybe I could have left more space on the left but I was on the track preparing for the corner.

The car was off track and made contact with you, if that pushed it off even more then you are the lucky recipient of a terrible penalty. Unfortunately the system often works as simple as that.

I can add my clip of a similar situation. I thought I swerved to avoid better but obviously didn't. Mistakes are mistakes, but this seems annoying.

It’s messed up. I’m sure some people take the contact and then deliberately drive off track to active a penalty.
As with your penalty that car should have been ghosted until it had got back on track and picked up a certain speed. But then again the cars off track should rejoin safely and not dart across the track like that.

Have someone like this every second race.....i am loosing patience. Maybe i should stop playing.
Could post dozens of videos like that on Lago Maggiore.
The broken penality system puts another load of salt on top.

Absurd that I'm all 4 wheels off track at a bunch of parts of this circuit and it treats it like that's fine

It was the same here in GTS I don't know what the thinking is but visually it's a nonsense.

That’s the classic I’ll just use the car ahead as a brake so I can make the corner

Usually on Mondays
Monday for you may still be Sunday for me. Seeing as you're in Sweden, pretty sure that's the case. :DMaybe the original question was misleading. Edited original question.

Do the Daily Races update at the same time the UCD/Legendary dealerships update?

No.

I actually can't remember when they change, but it's on the hour at either 4, 5, or 6am UTC. LCD/UCD updates at midnight UTC.

Is there something one should know about the Radical race? I feel like I’m missing something. Did it a few times and not having the same acceleration or top speed as others on the straights. Anyone with similar experience?

Upshift into a high gear in certain corners gives a HUGE power boost. Off the final corner, first corner and the corner going uphill are the mains ones. It was the same at the Red Bull Ring last week too at the first 2 corners. You'll gain over 2 seconds per lap with this.

Welcome!!!

trick is to brake early. I got 1.37.4 with a controller once i realized that i went faster if i braked earlier rather then try to brake later and it helps to allow the car to go through the corner before hitting the gas. It is not an easy car on an easy track but it is a lot of fun to drive.
Did do a lot of practice laps with a ghost, that did help.

(Actually won my race, but it was a D and E level room, so no bragging rights....)
That's very true but it's also part of the problem. Braking early just makes it more likely that idiots will punt you off track and ruin your race. I've never had that sort of thing happen to me more and my SR took a massive hit from doing just 5 races there. Been trying to recover all week. Also, people tend to understeer into you constantly as well. I'd say a good 80% of the people I raced with were dirty/incompetent. Only a few were actually able to race without hitting people

Dailies this week:
A: GR86/BRZ | Suzuka | 5 laps | SH | x1 Fuel, x1 Tyres
B: Gr.3 | Interlagos | 6 laps | RH | x1 Fuel, x1 Tyres
C: 2016 Gr.2 | Fuji | 12 laps | RS/RM | RM Mnd. | x1 Fuel, x1 Tyres

They've done it a few times now, but they gave seemed to switch back to 20 at times as well
Some cool races this week. Didn’t do any of the daily races last week.

But interlagos on gr3 again?

Another gr2 fuel saving race? Oh well. Interlagos is always cool I guess. But it’s been what; 3 weeks? Got to be a BOP test. Now that the RcZ has been adjusted they’ll probably want to see if we get some variety. That BRZ felt good, wouldn’t be surprised to see that replace it.

On Saturday, I had my third and last daily race win of the week. That means that I had three daily race wins last week. Then another daily race schedule commences.
