My Guess for the May update is.....

Return of the re-done version of Midfield Raceway from GT6.
Midfield Raceway (GT6).jpg

1 - Nissan GT-R Cup
Despite meeting the requirements of being a Skyline GT-R the Skyline's below were not included in the allowed cars for the GT7 event called, the "Nissan GT-R Cup", so in this update they will be added to the event.
  • Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R (KPGC10), 1970
  • Nissan Skyline 2000 GT-R (KPGC110), 1973
2 - Removal of invitations for the cars in brand central

3 - Add a proper Career mode,
no more Re-skinned GT Sport+. So we can actually use the cars we are collecting in events.

My Guess of a car list:
Alfa Romeo TZ3 Stradale, 2011
Audi RS6 Avant, 2008
Chevrolet El Camino SS 396, 1967
Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG (R230), 2002
Suzuki Cervo SR, 2007
TVR Tamora, 2002

Man, these are six returning cars for an update. I wish you were right somehow, but PD can't even put two of them together anymore. From what we've seen so far, every update has a "limit" of one returning car per selection, if we're even lucky to get one.

April 2022 - The returning car was the Cappuccino
May 2022 - No returning cars
June 2022 - The returning car was the Escudo
July 2022 - The returning car was the Skyline Silhouette
August 2022 - No returning cars
September 2022 - No returning cars
October 2022 - The returning car was the Skyline KPGC110
November 2022 - The returning car was the S14 K's Aero
December 2022 - The returning car was the Celica WRC
February 2023 - No returning cars
March 2023 - No returning cars
April 2023 - The returning car was the XJ220

I'd say it's pretty optimistic to hope for six returning cars all at once when six returning cars is actually what they brought us in a year.

I was going to do my usual ritual of summoning the forbidden word "station wagon", but this night got me thinking: what kind of hope I should have when there seems to be zero interest on their part to add any wagon to the game?

Then I realized something that is enough for me to cope until we actually get one: so far, Porsche is the brand with most cars being added in updates (6).

If PD continue to add Porsches like this, then we might get maybewhoknowsihopeso the Panamera...?

I, for one, will continue to hang on this faint hope! My prediction is that we WILL get the Panamera! plsijustwant1singlewagoncmonpd

PD want to be nostalgic with adding one past car every other update, there’s a Subaru wagon up the top left that’s raising its fender.

Now that’s only if PD don’t repeat what they did this past year: no legacy car(no pun intended) for the month of May.

As for probable circuits, we got USA tracks, updated European layouts and a structure added at a Japanese circuit. Maybe continuing in Japan, we’d finally see one of these:

I believe the UCD definitely needs an injection of new cars like this. At the very least, special colour variations with paint from other cars would spice it up a bit.

Still blows my mind that RX-7 was around in '91. Absolutely incredible design for that era, way ahead of its time.

Hope for Twin Ring Motegi...great track

For this month particularly, I'm interestingly noticing some positive vibes and hopes for the Toyota GT-One here and there. This is just an example:

I sincerely hope you're all right about it. The last classic/nostalgic race car from the past games we got was the Celica WRC in December 2022.

I think the GT One will be coming in a foreseeable future. But I don't think it will be this month.

Nenkai usually posts next week's Daily Races on Twitter by this time. However, there hasn't been a tweet yet. I wonder what PD is cooking up in this update.

Do keep in mind Nenkai is just a guy, he could just as well be busy or focusing on something else. Doesn't always have to equate to PD.

It's a giant track in terms of environments, because you have a lot vision from up above, you need to model the whole landscape. I bet it release for GT7. Pd have been sitting on this license since GTS so it is on the way I think, just takes the longest
Imo PD could probably do a lot with things like sky boxes. Most trees in the game are just flat images with a bill boarding effect, so they probably have some techniques which make it so they don't have to model the full thing.

Not really fussed about cars but we do need a FULL 24 Hour race at Le Mans with a save option like they have in previous GT versions.
You can do that with custom races if you're fine with the race payout being 15000 credits (after a clean race bonus is applied)
