GT7 November Update Predictions

I’m hoping this will be a decent update.
They need to have something decent to promote just before Christmas and the end of November is their time.

In my heart I know it will be another flop of an update but logically it would get good marketing to have a big update with more classic nostalgia-type releases.

In GTS PD had a tendency to debut content in World Series events. Although everything was leaked prior to the live show!

Given the World Finals are Nov 24-27, I'm curious if PD will debut the new track (probably Grand Valley), at the event. As a preview to a December release. Or if the track will come in November.
I would say that in November's update we won't see a track and there will be only cars (probably the week before the Finals) with the new track or tracks unveiled at the Finals.
Just my 2 cents.

An easter egg exposed where you can play old versions of GT, retro is cool!

Hell people play minecrap, big huge 70's pixels in 4k 120hz...

When are we predicting the update will drop? The October one was a week early so do we think the November one will be early too, or back to the end of the month? I was thinking - could they have moved Oct and Nov updated earlier so they can drop the December one (which I think we are all hoping will be a substantial one!) before Xmas?!

Moving the date up isnt a big deal for November and December. The Thursday of this month and the next are just before holidays. Well, Thanksgiving is right when an update will drop. Black Friday may get people to buy the game.... maybe.

Let me see....

30 minute Gr4 race, 60 minute Gr3 race on all real tracks except the obvious.

300KM Gr2 race plus Gr3 field for traffic on all tracks

6 hour Gr1 races with a Gr3 field for traffic on all tracks.

All with 1x fuel and tyre setting.

Chances of being right. 1%

Effort involved in doing it. Negligible. At best.

Or three to four cars and maybe Grand Valley. Effort involved. As much as 4 years work.

Pretty clear one is easy and benefits most players.....

It will be the same formula.

3 cars.
Around 120km of new events.
More physics changes that PD won't bother to divulge.
Maybe a new track/layout

This would 100% get me to re-install.

If anything, the end-of-November update will be the "big" one. Given most of the Christmas shopping is done between the day after (American) Thanksgiving and the week before Christmas, it would be logical to have the big update out there for that burst of shopping.

Of course, we're talking about PD here.

No new silhouettes on Kaz's twitter, so the update will be on November 24th?
We can assume so, yeah
I think Kaz did post silhouettes at unusual days at least once or twice back in GTS days, so it's not impossible for him to suddenly post it like tomorrow, but I wouldn't count on that

I cant imagine an update in world finals week when there possible goes anything wrong.
And if they will release content shown at world finalds, that would make much more sense.
I estimate between 28. and 30. of november.

Hopefully something great - I stopped playing GT7 last month when I acquired all the cars. I'd love to see a new track, more content in cars etc...and hopefully being able to sell cars maybe next month if not then early 2023.

That would make it a wednesday update,30th is last day of the month.

Unless PD wants to ruin Thanksgiving, with the rise of the Daily Race B bug, there are exactly two things that a November update will have:

  • Squash said bug with a wall
  • The latest Hagerty's price jackings

No cars, no menu books, no extra menus, no tracks, no new layouts, no new engine swaps, not even a new scape.

I'm hopeful for a new track from the United States:

a) Lime Rock Park in Connecticut

b Nelson Ledges in Ohio

c) The Ridge Motorsports Park in Washington State

Plus maybe a few oddball cars:

The Yugo
The Ford Pinto

or perhaps even a nice 1975 Plymouth Gran Fury

What do you think Nenkais `its a matter of days`post on saturday meant?
Well, to be fair, next week still will be a matter of days, and a normal time for an update. Though PD could've just move the update easily. I remember how many times back in GT6 days the Sierra and Course Maker updates were delayed, we've been waiting for years literally. I do think he meant the update is suppose to come out this week, but typical PD thing happened.

No disrespect to people but why post vague remarks if nothings concrete?I can understand people getting all hyped up by twitter posts but equally i get there frustration when nothing good really comes of it.Even youtube has a video up saying huge update this week, road atlanta is coming, all because of a twitter post.

What Nenkai did was great, big thanks to him for those teasers.
Maybe, because of youtubers like this (who take Nenkai's words, interpret it in their own way, and then unleash the rage wave if it's not what they expected), next time he won't give us anything.

Your right people do interpret things differently, this guys pretty respectful, unlike a lot of ytubers.I think we all just get caught up in the hype and excitement,we just want the game to be the game we love,if it comes to nothing so be it.Its a pity Nenkai cant be a bit more specific though, but any news is good news. 👍
