Question for those of you with a Cargobob.

Is it worth investing in one to do the vehicle stealing missions? Have you found that less often other players try to steal your stuff?

Stand inside your office and do the change date thing everyone was doing during 'At The Races', it will leave you in public session by yourself. If anyone joins do it again. You need to be inside for it to work though.
If you pick up a vehicle that is quite far from the warehouse then I would say flying back in a Cargobob would be quicker than driving (especially if you are taking care not to wreck the car).
Sometimes you can outrun the enemy helicopters that spawn but in my experience they always seem to get a good few hits on the car. You could drop the car somewhere, land, get out and shoot them down.
I used the Cargobob few times but I felt it was too much of a hassle, especially when you have guys shooting at you and you are defenceless.
If you own it, you can get it from your assistant for $200 and landing on the roof of the office and getting the cinematic will repair it. How much is it from the assistant if you don't own it?

If you are in a full on public session, people will more likely shoot you down with the Homing launcher or wait outside your warehouse to get you.

This may be old news but I finally managed to get a custom Dubsta 2. Not worth much now but I wanted one because it was rare. If anyone wants one let me know and I'll try and get one to spawn for you :)

The Cargobob has been acting weird lately. On some occasions it works fine, but on others it'll keep dropping vehicles. No one seems to be sure what the problem is.

I'd love to get one, as i sold mine a few monthes ago like an idiot.
PSN is FairladyZ-L24. However i'm not online a lot these days :(

I'm going to have to jump on for an hour when I get home or I won't be on until 27th. Might be gone in between the Christmas and New Year period.

So now that it's snowing every car is basically slow useless and slippery, yes unless it's the Wastelander, right now it's probably the fastest vehicle on the game the grip in snow is insane:
Oh and here is a Video of m Picking up my Comet Retro Custom with a bit of anoying GTA action just before I modify lolol:

Oh my god. You can now wear bulletproof helmets and masks without using glitches anymore!
*Heavenly choir*
My Heavy Assault outfit finally works again!
*Choir intensifies*

They seem to have put a load of bonus' etc on for this weekend. However I leave home in about 5 hours and get back the evening of boxing day so yay me missing out on literally everything. 👍

You have to play the adversary mode to unlock it.

I didn't think you could wear it in free roam. Like with a lot of the adversary crap, they made interesting outfits that are locked to only be used inside missions.

It's something you have to glitch to get.

And while Santa may have his own preferred method of transportation, get ready to trounce Dasher and Dancer with the Comet Retro Custom upgrade, compliments of Benny's Original Motor Works. To further make spirits bright we're dishing out major bonuses and gifts to all, including Double GTA$ & RP opportunities, plus discounts, weapons, outfits and more.

DOUBLE GTA$ & RP IN THE NEW ADVERSARY MODE: JUGGERNAUT

It's a clash of the titans in Juggernaut, the latest adrenaline-fueled Adversary Mode to hit GTA Online. In this brutal war between two opposing teams, the Juggernaut is your greatest asset and your only liability. As an Attacker, you'll need to flank, swarm and successfully execute the opposing team's heavily-reinforced Juggernaut - while protecting your own - to take the win. If your team is unable to wipe out the opposition's Juggernaut in time, Sudden Death rules go into effect and everyone becomes a Juggernaut. First kill wins though, so you'll want to be aggressive in trying to take first blood.

To celebrate the launch of Juggernaut, we're offering Double GTA$ & RP in the mode now through Jan 1st - giving you the chance to spill some red while making that green. Don the suit and bring the holiday fear.

SNOWFALL, SNOWBALLS & HOLIDAY GIFTS

Dreams of a white Christmas are now a reality with the current snowfall phenomenon blanketing Los Santos and Blaine County to last well into the evening on Monday, December 26th. Not only does this mean you'll enjoy a picturesque holiday in GTA Online, but you'll also be able to mix it up with your friends and foes with some good old fashioned snowball fights (just press left on the D-pad to collect up to nine snowballs for your arsenal). The Weazel News Weather Desk is also calling for more of the white stuff on New Year’s weekend, but urge everybody to stay tuned throughout the week for more details as they become available.

I missed driving in the snow, it's fun. The Lynx just glides around so well. The Omnis is pretty good on some of the dirt roads near Zancudo although the Tropos seems to have tonnes of grip so it doesn't slide around as much as I thought it might.

I just did the "City air"-stuntrace with my custom Comet to try it without the snow, and it has waay less grip than the Elegy RH8. Is so slow it's depressing...that is, until you look at it.
