Although this is more of a server-wide mod. Also, Paleto, Grapeseed and Sandy are amazing with the redwoods and oaks planted everywhere. Wish it looked like this from the get-go.

Had to remap my controller. The R2 does not register at 100% anymore. I couldn't burn out I couldn't reach top speed so R1 is my new gas pedal... which means it's pedal to the medal all day every day.

I liquidated quite a few assets today to invest in more businesses. I parted with my Eclipse Penthouse, Stirling GT, Tropos Rally, and Comet Retro Classic for about $2M. I have now two fully upgraded biker businesses (cash + coke) doling out 165k profit every 2 hours. Not bad considering I can also do Crates/VIP jobs while in production which is about 350k (conservatively) every 2 hours. Call it $260k an hour. Thinking about adding a meth lab too....that would put me around $300k/hr.

All of my businesses and biker related stuff are clustered around Sandy Shores...seems more correct that way.

Traded the property for a cheap one...should have clarified. I have way more garage space than cars, so I just moved the cars to different open garages.

I'm here to report that the Criminal Starter pack is worth it. I just purchased a facility, have cash in the bank, and enough small arms to make a Texan blush. I'm earning maybe 100k an hour. I'm grinding my butt off doing it, but it is happening. I'm currently saving up for something. Maybe a Avenger. Maybe a garage for my CEO business. Maybe to just have fun. I'll find out when I'm there.

Yea I'm not even close to affording the bunker itself and whatever bull they want to throw in after that price.


Just bought an MC and I'm trying to find something that's cheap in price and worth it.

I've got two business on hold essentially. I have to either save up for an import export business or save up for something in the MC.

Otherwise I'm stuck doing Headhunter and joining random heists

A cocaine factory costs about $2.3 Million to set up for full production. For comparison, the Chumash Bunker (for the love of god don't buy the Paleto Bay one) costs $3.4 Million.

Import/Export will get you cash quicker than the Cocaine Factory so I'd get one of those and save up for the Bunker.

I would continue with the Hangar missions if they weren't so godamn tedious, time consuming and had such an insulting payout.

Also why can we not sell our properties? Maybe I don't want a garage.. or a club house.. or a hangar...

..if you want, I'm willing to help out. It's not much, but it does a-little-more-than-double the profits (faster, being able to sell more and get bigger bonuses etc.) over playing alone. My Bunker can take care of itself in the meantime. And I've got a small country's worth of airborne armaments.

Also the offices are 25% off, leaving the cheapest at $750,000 - definitely something to go for.

I bought the Paleto Bay Facility so I can host the Doomsday heists to get the discounts. A few fellow GTP'ers are doing the All In Order Challenge to get a few extra bucks on top.

That's three fellow GTP'ers who haven't stopped complaining about long distance drives since we started...
