Interestingly, you can spawn Glendales, Warreners and Pantos as well, normally found at the gang/industrial areas.
They all have trackers. Even the Panto.

It's not even a matter of already having a tracker for me. If I see a DLC car spawn online and try to enter it then I just get locked out immediately.

So then, I can't buy it.
It's not on any of the car sites for me.
Even the regular Dukes is for returning players only?
Happened to me as well, except I entered a Dukes, had to leave, and it locked me out.

I think the only big loss for non-returning players is the Kraken, really. The others are really not worth something.. unless you play Single Player and want to point and kill something.

I've read about the Kraken hiding from Hydras and Savages.
Explosive rounds will explode on the surface. However, missiles cannot lock and it can travel an ample distance in water, despite being slow.
The outlook is that you have to be as lucky as a playa in a casino's opening day targeted by Ocean's Eleven to hit it. With this, it's tempting me to do a little experiment, actually.
The experiment?
Can the Homing Launcher lock on to the Submarine and subsequently hit it?

I'm not sure if the stock hydraulics can lift the car in such a way, really.

What's so bad about being On Call? I'd say at least three quarters of sessions I've attempted to join via Quick Job today have ended with a kick.
Edit: I just bought a Dinghy and unlocked the Live A Little t-shirt, anyone know what did it? It's nowhere to be found in the rewards list...however, a boat was the only vehicle type I hadn't previously had access to.

I was leaning that way but hoping for confirmation. Another issue is that, despite getting the notification that the shirt was unlocked, I can't seem to find it in stores/wardrobe.

I want some tips on ranking up and getting money. Maybe we could play together...
