I had a friend get muted on GTA once for cussing out some immature squeakers that ironically were cussing him out before he started returning the favor. He later had some choice words for a Rockstar employee and basically said "I shouldn't have to respect the 10 year olds because they shouldn't be on the damn game in the first place." They lifted his mute about a week later after both being commended by friends and also some people boycotting the game until his mute was lifted.

Luckily the name isn't permanent (I think, I've heard you can change the name for a fee, which I'm fine with as long as I have the option). My friend and I have found a great way to grind out VIP Work, around 20K every 10 minutes, you can do it solo or with friends.

when i buy a yacht bear masks are mandatory and i'm gonna call it the bearboat
too bad you can't wear glasses when a mask is equipped so glassesbear will be absent
too bad only the dutch will understand the joke
and i don't think you can have 30 boats in one spot, i remember reading max 3 on 1 spot

Nope, it's like good behavior, doesn't cost the VIP to pay for his bodyguards (He'd get paid and it wouldn't take money from me). La Mesa Asset Recovery and Sightseeing are two that you can chain back to back pretty easily. Request the free Buzzard as VIP, use it for Sightseeing and then fly to the La Mesa LSPD (La Mesa has sports cars and pays the most of the ones I've done). Parachute out of the Buzzard so it blows up and you can request a new one at the end of the Asset Recovery. Then drive to the drop off, have one person lose the wanted levels and the others (If you have any, you can do it yourself if you want) just drive the cars to the drop off, and then run away. The guy who lost the wanted level drives all 1-4 cars into the Yellow circle. You may have to wait a minute between jobs (We rushed to get in one last job before my VIP ran out and I had to wait 5 minutes), but all in all it's pretty good way to make money

Launched into 2 different heist setups, only for them to fail in the dumbest way possible.

My crew didn't know what we were doing and we were able to do Criminal Mastermind.
Granted, we died a ton of times and had to force-close GTAV but that's besides the point.
Well there's two kinds of 'not knowing what I'm doing' one is porbably what you and your crew were up to. Another is trying to steal the plane on the Prison Break setup, while half the enemies are still alive. Or running your teammate over when the setups is almost done.
Is there anyone on PS4 who hasn't done the Criminal Mastermind Challenge that is interested in doing it over the next few days?

Got tired of moving my cars from garage to garage (decided to put luxury cars in one garage, sports/supercars in another garage, classic cars in another garage, and put everything else in my other two garages) and I'm not even sure that's how I want them sorted out now.
That's the least of my problems though. Last time I ran out of money I destroyed my T20 and had to earn some money in a panic because I forgot about it overnight and I wasn't sure how long it would allow me to call it in at Mors before it disappeared.
