Not too many except one big one, where I completed single player to 100% and the trophy never popped.

I had the encounters glitch, property missions and even when I completed 100%, the ufos didnt appear. Ended up playing the story mode like 4 times to get everything.

I did hear about the Downtown Cab Company missions glitching and a couple of the strangers and freaks missions too. I think if the 100% completion trophy glitched on me again I'd have just given up on it.

Now onto Driveclub Bikes.

Is the AI in the newer gens worst? I was playing on my friends ps4 and ran into more cars from the crazy drivers than I did on old gen.

They seem to be programed to pull out in front of you at intersections. Sometimes accelerating at unreal speeds to do so.

Same here, was it the car showroom one ?
The Simeon encounter you mean? Yes plus all the others. I had completed a couple but then none of the rest triggered. The bride one, the stag party one - all of them really. Property missions wouldn't pop either.

Yes the Simeon one, i didn't have problems with any others though, sounds like you were really unlucky !

*hears explosion while inside Michael's house*

Anyone playing the new update? It's pretty good, with the focus less on "instance" style heists and more on getting and selling packages on the normal servers. Thus all the randomes in a room are involved allowing you to attack their picks and deliveries, and them yours. It's been pretty fun playing so far. Got a nice, little corporation started and a bit of a stock pile of goods to sell.

Got a new laptop recently and planning on buying gta5 today, a retail version with its many discs :). Anyone know of how much updates I'd have to download (GB) besides installing multiple discs onto my new laptop? More interested in playing through SP again after doing it twice on XboxOne and checking out some mods.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Well, if the retail version has been sitting on the shelf a while, you will have quite a download list waiting for you. As for mods, I've had no interest in those. I did the SP story on my PS3 version. Got the PC version for all the extra online stuff not on the PS3 (and because I stopped playing it).

Ran into a big (probably game breaking) bug the other day. The bug was, in my latest save, all of my characters had 0 cash and I was unable to buy or customise any weapon in Ammunation aside from DLC weapons, even though all 3 characters had every gun (with near full ammo).

Was worried my game was horribly broken or that I'd have to start all over again, again. Luckily, reverting to my older auto save fixed it.

Also the save was renamed to "In The Beginning" instead of "Shift Work" but they both showed 67.6% Completion

Everyone I know has had their story mode save wiped since the update. Anyone here have the same issue?

My save is fine post update, even after I quick saved Franklin in an X80 Proto that I spawned with a mod menu. So, it might be something already done in story mode that might be causing this?

I became a CEO, finally got some money for an office and a small warehouse, collected all the crates and started selling them... and I just lost all 16 crates because the game bugged out and didn't let me drop the last 5!!!

So much time and money just WASTED! *sad pun*

EDIT: the summary page on the computer says that 2 crates are missing. hmmm, better check the locker.

EDIT2: yep, 2 crates are missing.

EDIT3: phew, the second attempt went well.

Does the park between Little Seoul and Vespucci Beach (the one with the basketball courts and half-pipe) have a name?

I don't think it does, there could be a sign saying it's name but I've never seen it.

I've been all through and around it without seeing any sort of signage indicating a name, but I considered it may be known from previous iterations of GTA (i.e. San Andreas) or next-gen users might get more detail. Thanks though.

Anyone else love the MG as much as me? I know someone mentioned it being more accurate than the Combat MG--if not by spec, it certainly is in action--but beyond that, it sounds absolutely incredible. Brukkabrukka-brukkabrukkabrukka.

That feeling when you just realize that the girl in the opening artwork is holding up two fingers to make a V, because that's the Roman numeral for five. :dunce:

Plot twist: You didn't even look at her fingers before...

Sorry, I just had to

If you hadn't, someone would have.

Anyone else feel there should be more differentiation between the various wheel types? I really want SUV wheels to be smaller in diameter than Sports and High End, but bigger than Lowrider, Muscle and Tuner.

Or at least give us the option to choose the size of our wheels
