I'll post up a few Snaps that I got from the meet.

My Rebel, all ready in Midnight Purple for her(and my) first offroading run.

Can't remember who (still getting used to everyone), but a Kalahari was bought along and did very well!

Final photo op before setting off.

This lakeside area on Gordo was beautiful. One of the more lighthearted moments when I think ust forgot to brake

I don't know what's worse, driving into a lake or parking on a bonfire...

*snip*...
And shortly after this was taken, an airstrike was called in.

At the time it was pretty annoying, but I'm sitting here laughing to myself as it replays in my head. Everyone quietly admiring the view with all those nice looking trucks... over the mic I hear "...umm... did someone call an airstr..." KABOOM!!!

Thanks, @Nessy, the red Rebel was mine :) It was all nice and clean until the passenger's doors failed and flaffed all around the entire trail :grumpy:
I tried running after your Rebel to hop in and attempt to close the door but by then you were already powering up the hill after the pond on Mt. Gordo. :(

Thinking of it now the air strike was kinda funny, I'm not at high enough level so had no idea what was going on. All I heard was, "is that an airsttt.......EVERYONE RUN!!!"

Alright guys, here's the moment you all have been waiting for...here are the details for our special GT6 Eve meet.

Since we're all going to get extremely excited for GT6 this week, I figured we wouldn't do a trail for this meet. Rather, we will be having a racing tournament at the Redwood Lights Track, like what RT originally planned with a few minor tweaks. There will be vehicle restrictions, see below for details.

The map above shows the map of the track, and what direction we will be going in. Any area not marked with the red line is an area you are not allowed to go to. I found that the track is run better in this direction, as it's easier to see some of the corners, and at the north stretch, there is a concrete barrier forcing you to go under scaffolding.

Time: 7-8pm EST (we will keep discussing this, but that is a general timeframe of the meet start)
Vehicles: Karin Rebel with Baja parts, BF Bifta

Here are some additional notes:

-Both the Rebel and Bifta can be found on the Southern San Andreas Motors website. The Bifta is free, while the Rebel costs $3,000.
-If you aren't a high enough level to access Baja parts for your Rebel, someone will assist you. I believe the first Baja upgrade unlocks around level 20, which is the bed cover with the tube frame instead of the actual bed.
-There are occasionally AI people riding bikes on the track, especially in the evening. There are also uniformed Merryweather officers in white. Watch out for them.
-If your vehicle needs to be repaired, there is a Los Santos Customs just north of the track.
-My goal is to get 9 people in the room. If we had 9 people, there would be 3 races, with 3 competitors and 3 laps each. The winner of each race will then face off in one final race, also 3 laps in length. If we can get the full 16 people, we would have 4 races with 4 competitors each. So, there will be 4-5 races, depending on how many people we get.

Sound good?

Ah. Maybe so. I might add that to the acceptable vehicles.
Sounds good. :)
I think we should just allow any Off-Road class vehicle except the Blazer quadbike and Sanchez. :)
It's up to you though, since you're the host. Just throwing some suggestions out there is all. 👍

Understandable, but these are kind of the more racing orientated off-road vehicles. :)

Unfortunately I will not be active much this week and probably won't make it to the meet. Ive got a crammed schedule this week between college and work and this weekend I'll be gone deer hunting with my 16 man group. I'll try to be on much as I can.
