Apologies Binky, keeping up with crew invites is pretty tedious. Please send a "request" through Social Club to join the crew. Make sure your Social Club profile is linked to your PSN so we can tell who you are.
 
If anyone has some ideas or suggestions for this weekends meet, speak up. I managed to accidentally delete my entire garage full of 4x4's earlier this week and I've been spending my time restocking, so I've spent zero time preparing the meet. I'll hopefully have some time this evening for that. I've added quite a few members this week for PS3 and Xbox, hopefully we will see some new names in attendance.
 
I was thinking we should do a Dakar style meet. We can start at one side of the Map and eventually make it to the other side, the vehicles you would be able to use are Sanchez, rebel, dune buggy or the injection, maybe the bifta or even semis :lol: just an idea.

Sounds cool I'm going to create a few off-road races that we could turn into a rally
 
I think what we're going to do this weekend is meet at the Land Act Reservoir, hoon there for a bit, and hit a blazed trail on the east coast that will definitely test your vehicle's capabilities.

I like the sound of this. We will do some testing with this idea throughout the next week. 👍

This week we are meeting up at the Land Act Reservoir. We will spend some time there climbing rocks, challenging each other to go further, playing in the mud, etc. We should get some awesome pic opportunities as well. We may hit a trail or two, kinda gonna see how it goes. The meet will be at our normal time on Sunday, 8:00pm GMT, 3:00pm EST

Well, I just suck at racing in GTA V, and with uneven terrain, I'd definitely lose since I'm very bad at getting my car out of an accident.

I've got a Bifta to try as well. :mischievous:
Joking aside, if we do a meet with them, it won't really be a race. I'm thinking it will just be a bit more high speed then we normally do and a bit more distance. We will try these ideas out throughout the week, see what works. I may even experiment with this today for a bit.

A time adjustment wouldn't bother me any, but you'll need the other GTP LS4x4 members to agree. We don't want to make a change that will cost us more members then we'll gain.
 
i totally agree with you , this sunday i wouldn't wanna mess with the time because the superbowl but maybe hold it a little later into the day. Thats just an opinion then more west coast members (total 4 + me ) can get in on the meet , i also know that 1/2 of the crew is east coast. so itll be hard
 
Has anyone thought about a Scorcher mountain climbing?I tried it yesterday,it wasn't that hard/tiring.The problem is that some members won't be able to buy a Scorcher because it's like $10k
Also,about the time adjustments,I wouldn't mind events being 1 hour earlier in the future if you guys don't mind.👍 I'm almost in the same time zone as solo.We could make a poll or something like that during the upcoming week.
 
Well it's official, the Bifta is quicker than my turbo Dune Buggy in a 1/4 mile. Well done @Mudd. We were neck-to-neck, then once he hit 4th gear, he was gone. I lost by around 3 car lengths.

Yea, fun races. If you notice while your in LSC upgrading a car, the turbo only effects your excelleration. That dune buggy could use some engine upgrading for the top speed. I think it'll be a different result if they race through the trails though.

I'm just really disappointed you can't increase your car's top speed by upgrading the engine and turbo. It would make much more sense if you could.

Customization on par with MCLA, my ass!
