How are some of you super consistent and never put a foot wrong through a whole race? I always make 2/3 mistakes, however this track was very unforgiving because of the super sticky sand run-off areas. :(

Which is why it's such a great track. If you make a mistake, your punished for it. How it should be. None of this run off rubbish :D

I had a bit spin chasing down bombe, it was the exit of turn 2, I saw bombe go wide so I saw an opportunity to get even closer but on super worn tyres I just spun the rears and wooo it went round.

Yeah I agree with that 100%. But some of you are superhuman hommes that rarely make a mistake. I'm looking at you Jamman and bombe. :sly:

Well to be honest it's a lot easier not to make a mistake when you are winning by a big margin. I had a few hairy moments yesterday, but after the first pit stop with a 30 second lead and you hommes fighting each other till the death I could go at a more casual pace and still keep pulling out the gap lol

What we'd all give to be in such a position at pretty much every race... :scared:

I was in the sand at Schumacher S twice and had some minor mistakes with the braking points. I don't find it hard to stay on the track, but during the race I don't do super-fast laps. You can say I get consistency at the cost of speed.

I pitted and you were still pulling away from me.:grumpy:

By my math team 908 leads Team BMW 136 to 113. We've gotta step it up Tissimo and BermudaKid, the team championship is all that's motivating me to keep driving the BMW.

lol Jk, it's a fun car to drive and it looks great but man you have to fight to get speed out of it.

Sadly the team championship is over for Audi. If Tom stayed and AMF was much more consistent we would've had a great chance.

@AMF No problem. But it broke both my rear suspensions lol. I nearly binned it in the next few corners.

im 90% sure bmw will take the team championship

jam if you can find yourself a new driver Audi will still be in it with 4 races left.

I don't think the OP is updated right. Says that the next race is Round 2 at Daytona. Both these facts are wrong. And it only said the next race was Round 2 about two days ago.

But what I am actually posting about is that I am going to do my best to find a solution to my lack of a wheel stand. Hmmm. Really want to wreck Jamman's race by getting in front of him and finding some of my unnatural and occasional speed. Jamman will then be too scared to pass me in fear that we will crash. Then Jamm will only have a 50% record at Suzuka.

Hmmm I could drive the Audi

Hmmm. AMF crashes into me for what reason? Being legitimately in the Audi (only has two drivers), finding a wheel stand and racing (perfectly allowed plus it shows he is scared of me) or that I am going to hold up Jamman (perfectly allowed as well if it is for position and I have the speed and not making multiple moves unlike Jamman usually does). So AMF, why are you going to crash into me?

DeepSkyBlue rocks!!! I am writing all posts in this colour from now.

2nd reason... Know one is scared of your speed..

More the way you race.

Plus the comments pre race yesterday about you were rather telling ;) 👍

I race extremelly well. At least in the long races. If you want to find an incident between me and someone else in a full race, you have to go back to Monza, my second ever race. Other than that, I have been involved in no on track incidents. And Suzuka in S4 doesn't count because me and Tom were messing about together. Nor does Monza in S4 as well since that wasn't actually a race. So that idea about me being a dirty driver is completely wrong come race day.

Besides, if you crash into me because I cause crashes, then what the hell does that make you?

A crasher into you because you cause crashes erererrr

EDIT: is PRL down for you seb/tom?

Golfer never got penalties because he quit the race and couldn't be penalized, or he finished last anyway :D

Eagerly awaiting the arrival of the standings. Have a feeling that Page or Jake is in the lead, hmmm.

Yeah

Golfer feel free to race, but I'm not letting you anywhere near me ;)

Speaking of Suzuka I know it's a bit early but I've just done a few laps. Best was a 1:42.8. Which I think is pretty good. In testing here with a pad a while back I set a high 1:44 with the Audi and I remember being quite impressed with that at the time. So I would be feeling confident, but sadly it's going to rain :(

is that garaunteed???

if thats true I'll use a pad if its still undriveable with a wheel

Well no not exactly, but whenever you put it so there is a chance of rain, it always seems to no matter what. BK hasn't put what the weather settings will be yet, but unless it is turned completely (ain't gonna happen) off, it will rain. So start practising ;)

We should decide the weather settings based on real weather forecasts from the track's country. If it's sunny, no rain, if it rains a little then let it be rain at the end, if it rains a lot we should be on our way to Hell.

So.. we Google Suzuka weather on Saturday afternoon??

I'm down for this.

Not for Sarthe though.
I wan't Sarthe to be crazy and unpredictable.

Although I'm probably crap at driving in rain.
