I made a video for one of the other leagues I'm in. It was cell phone quality because I don't have a capture device yet, but it was still decent IMO. I've been getting into Windows Movie Maker and I'm really enjoying it. Hopefully I can make vids as good as yours, BK! The one you just uploaded was only still shots (as it said), but it was awesome! And thanks for using a couple of my pics :)

Wrong LOL..

There's no way anyone is racing on Christmas and new.years eve surely ..

I certainly won't be..

Anyone up for Laguna practice today?

noooooooooo. no race on Christmas Eve! But! We need clarification on this. And surely we must race mini races etc.

Oh and I, yes I, have decided to make a video for the series. Knowing me, expect it around about the time when GT6 releases :D
But seriously, it will take a very long time. At least two months because I don't have many replays with LMPs after I glitched the game and lost them all. Also, I am not very good at video editing and I want it to be very good. I am going to need your boots and your motorcycle. Oh and I will need a copy of the series logo so that I can create a 3D version.

This is the song I want to use:

Actually, in regards to the video, I can choose between getting a CSR Elite middish next year when it gets a bit cheaper or getting a capture card to create the video. Which should I go for?

Yeah I thought so too. Although I don't want to have the FM4 logo in front of me as I brake into the Dunlop Chicane so I'm going to wait until you can buy the F1 style wheel.
So F1 style wheel + CSR Elite + Elite pedals. I should play with AMF all the time and tell him how good it is. I'm sure he would be very happy with that.

CSW.... That is the f1 ps3 wheel with no forza branding

It has the f1 rim

And the BMW touring car rim..

The wheel should be out by April when I will be getting it :)

And the elite pedals are.great. you just need to mount them so they can't slide

It has the same internals but has quick.release and hot plug.. something xbox dosent support

April at the latest.. there hoping to get them out.between January and April.. it will be January if there are no problems with production as far as I know.

I think bk is getting the Csr e.

You don't reverse back onto the race track like that, especially not onto the racing line, and especially not when you see other drivers coming along.

I was barely on the track and tbh you had lots of time to avoid the not-so-camouflaged 787B.

But again, it wasn't really any discussion I was trying to start, it was simply my only race highlight.

I think I'm out of this season now.

not-so-camouflaged 787B.

You'd be surprised. That car is practically invisible at Spa. I mean try to find it in this photo:

See it? Exactly. The car is invisible at Spa.

No war coming from here either, I just think your blatant bias regarding all things Audi and Jamman is tiresome, and this is coming from a guy who says flat out, Jamman is doing what he's doing bc of the driver, not all the car.

The fact remains that the R8 is a full second faster in my hands, at almost all tracks, than the Speed 8 is. Not exactly one second everywhere, but close. At Suzuka my R8 pace was 43.0 (Jamm mid/high 42's usually) while my Bentley pace was 44.0. At Indy the gap was closer to .5 between the 2. At Nurb, again a second at LEAST between them. Spa the gap was again around 1.0

Also, I'm being generous here, in the wet the R8 is about FOUR seconds faster than ANY other LMP at Suzuka. The best lap of the race except Jamman at Suzuka (100% track water) was 2'13.4, Jamman's was a 2'09.5.

My first lap in the R8 in the full wet (I wanted to see how much of the 2 minute margin of victory was driver) was a 2'11.5, second lap was a 2'10.5. I stopped after that, but you get the idea. The kid is really fast, but so is his car.

To be honest, I'd agree with most of that :) I want to be seen as a quick driver, obviously, but at the same time I will admit the Audi is on rails at most tracks. Even more so in rain.

My mistake all you British guys with mclaren cars/drivers avatars blend together

Jamman is a very good driver. That much we know. The Audi R8 '05 is a very good car (maybe too good). We know this as well.

However I suspect that the reason that Jamman is currently so good is because we have a situation where the best car and the best driver suit each other very very well which leads to even more speed compared with the others.

I'd agree with this too. When it becomes out of balance, it's a car more prone to understeer than oversteer which does suit my driving a lot more.

Epic video :)

So Laguna next week. That means Le Mans on the 24th meaning we race Le Mans on my birthday!!!!!!!

I'm not sure on the situation next week, but I'm pretty certain we won't be racing on Christmas Eve.

Spa really was a great race looking back over the replay. I had a game plan gifted to me and obvious to use, that was to overtake people in to Les Combes from the slipstream down Kemmel straight, and then use the Audi's strongest point on the track to get away straight after in sector 2. Laguna Seca is going to be a tough race for me, I'll try my best but I expect Jake or Nissen to take that one. And La Sarthe despite my power disadvantage I am feeling very confident about my chances there. Certainly wasn't any lack of pace last night :)

EDIT: And Peter while I was looking over the replay I checked out my apparent love tap on you. With the greatest of respect, I fail to see how I did anything wrong. You got a nice run up Raidillion , I went to cover the inside, and all it shows is you running in to the back of me and then you spinning wildly out of control. Admittedly the replay was laggy but you were the one who run in to me on the replay and then just lost control

My car is more prone too oversteer :(, i'm confident that i'll win atleast La Sarthe, im a king at the porsche curves! I expect a close fight with you at Laguna Jam, this car has lots of downforce and turn-in speed, i think i'll win it because off my good strategy's :)

Don't count on that just yet. You had a 908 in S3 and came 3rd. With the C9 it's only gonna be harder. Jake is gonna be right up there and it's only a matter of time before Razor is back to his best. And obviously don't count out Paginas, Seth or Peter as well. I remember while I won Laguna in S3, PJ nicked the fastest lap off me by two tenths :)

By any chance was Jamman making an aggressive cross-track block, cause the exact sane thing happened me as well in testing with him and I spun off as well.

In laguna i used team-orders and came 3rd mu was 2nd, in la sarthe i made 3 mistakes which cost me the win :).

That would be hard as I can't remember ever testing with you

I know. I'm not doubting you can't, your a very good driver, but I'm just saying there will be competition from a lot of areas :)

Aww, all this talk makes me want to drive an LMP again. :(

I remember loving the Sauber C9 in the way it looks and sounds so I'd probably go back to that if I ever rejoined.
