There's nothing to really worry about unless you submerge it. Then again, I don't know if the RSX's area under the airbox is a small square hole that helps prevent mine. But, it does take a lot of water to get hydrolock.I'm not really brave enough for a CAI.I've heard way too many horror stories about hydrolock. My car is fairly low and the roads in Miami are pretty terrible, so when it rains there are puddles everywhere.
Besides, anything is better than the stock air box. But thanks for the input. 👍
If you're that worried, there's always short ram or a bypass.
