does anyone else know that TC cannot be changed using the 370z road car with the ds3 controller......

do the wheel users have this same problem????

Yeah, I have the same problem with my controller. It is very annoying to have TCS stuck at 7 in the tight hairpins.

I'm now 51st. Slowly but surely getting there.

Wheel users can't change the TCS on the standard Z either, but it doesn't seem to be on anyway despite reading 7.

I chopped my standard Z time down to 1'49.600 just now, probably another 2-4 tenths in it for me on a great lap.:) Plus I haven't watched any ghosts yet. Now to try and improve that Tuned version time.

I downloaded Mad94d's ghosts for both events and holy pwnage. He got me to rank 140 in both events with more improvement possible. I learnt his line and it knocked seconds off my time. I went from 1:41 tuned to 1:39 and from 1:53.8xx to 1:52.1ish stock. If you are having trouble I would recommend downloading fast ghosts.

EDIT: Wait I failed horribly. I am now on the leaderboards with these stats:

111 AU legendary724 1'52.468 1'39.340 3'31.808

Rank, country, name, tuned, stock, overall.

My problem is that I can't stay close enough to the top dogs to see which lines they use...

Tuned: 1'37.872
Normal: 1'50.172
Total: 3'28.044

Finally got the tuned into the 37s, slowly improving, I want so bad the get the normal into 49! Still 13th overall. :)

I'm only driving the Tuned one: 1'38.091

Just watched the best lap on the Italian tournament: FAKEV1L 1'36.117 no cheating whatsoever (I noticed the guy using that kind of no clutch cheat in GT5P). Maaaaaaan he's fast!

Dan (GTP_DHolland) has posted a 1'35.860 a hour or so ago.......

It's ridiculously tight for us Australians....... 3/10ths will see me move from P15 at the moment on a 3'26.975 to P7 with a 3'26.600........

Don't sweat it Chris. It's a shame. And it's Polyphony's fault.

actually guys, i have to take back what i said. Its a bug in the reply. In the reply the gear changes are without clutch, therefor really smooth!

I dont know how the reply is bugged like that, but sorry guys! i take everything back

Chris

I'm sorry too.

Can anyone from Australia download Dan's or Mad's 2 replays & post them here so we can have a target to follow 👍

Thanks in advance

It'll be a good idea to edit your past posts to exonerate those drivers you thought were cheating.

There will be a war of words is you don't. News travels fast in the GT Community.

1'49.346
1'37.257
3'26.603, which puts me 5th overall in Belgium, GTP_Racer_LP is in 3rd and GTP_DustDriver is 8th

Can you not go to the event, look at the leaderboards from the event and then download the ghost? You could even save the replay 👍.

Sorry, but we only have access to our own country leaderloard with the replays if I'm right :)

I'm now 11th overall in Australia with very marginal room for improvement. But it's only the 2nd night! My time will never hold over 1 and a half months.

1'49.600 1'37.131 3'26.731

Had a few laps after work last night but then had to leave for a Christmas party just as I was getting to know the track. My current time of 1:49.103 in the normal car was done when I got back in at 1:40am after several glasses of wine and a few beers which made the screen a bit blurry. Looking forward to having another go when I'm sober and also trying the tuned car.

I'm 17th in my country with
1'50.987 1'38.130 3'29.117
Still behind Kaz and Lucas, but not as bad as I thought :)
It's still only 1 day though, I think top 20 positions will start to stabilise only after 1 or 2 weeks.

It's amazing the amount of nicknames with good times that I had never seen before online or on leaderboards on GT5p

Luckily I have MAY's ghost to follow :)

I'll say. In Australia you think you know all your fast compatriots then this comes along and there's fast guys I've never heard of popping up left right and centre.

Would it be possible to make a new PSNs assigned with different countries and therefore have a chance at the top 20 in every country?
