Also, as far as who should have been starting first, it took Furi 2/3 laps to say hold position at which point I had already taken the lead again so I just stayed there because Furi said so. If he had said Kartman gets 1st for restart I would have gone back into 3rd to let Joe back past again as well, but he didn't say that.
 
I'm new to all these GTP events like, always raced online but these events seem better than just entering a room and hoping its good.

This just in James6653 the owner of Team Extreme has just signed Sheephead99 to drive the #24 for Team Extreme. We asked both James and Sheep how they felt about this and here is what they had to say "We are very happy to be working toghether. We hope to bring home a few wins this season if possible." James6653 was quoted after saying "Team Extreme is really hopeing that Sheep does well. We are still looking for a third and final driver for this team." Thanks for reading we hope have more for you very soon.

I had great fun last night, but I feel like I got really lucky with my 3rd place. :lol:

Also, I could barely manage a 3-stopper.

Cheers mate. Ive been doing the B-1 licence test then going to the UCD for 2 hours now and nothing. Got some other rare cars but not the truck

Turns out I don't have one, but I know a couple guys on this thread who do have a spare.

Anyhow. Results.

Clarification: Spurgy spun under yellow and it did take a degree of time to sort out who should go where. However time for a rules clarification. From the moment the leader crosses the line to take the yellow, his position is frozen, as are people who cross the line before him. So if the leader spins and drops to 3rd, then he can make up the position again. I apologise for the issue and as a result I will be taking no action.

Also as a result the positions got confused and therefore DK should NOT have got the free pass. As a result he will be pinned back to 10th, as last car on lead lap. No points penalties will be issued however as it is recognised the whole thing got a little jumbled.

Caution procedure question. It's recognised the criteria for a caution got a little mixed up. Should we move it towards a little more realistic and if there is a single car incident a caution is thrown?

Two week break now until 40 laps of Indianapolis.
 
Having a caution for 1 car incidents is stupid, there will be no penalty for being a 🤬 driver because every time someone spins there will be a caution. I say increase the number if anything because people are just going for stupid moves knowing if they spin the other guy out in the process a caution will come out so they lose no time. In fact people are gaining time through crashing, it makes no sense and it's completely unfair on the people who are leading and that can drive properly.

I thought the rule was that it must be a 2 or more car contact to be classified as a caution.
 
Read what Furi said, he's suggesting having just 1 car incidents to bring out cautions instead of two like it is at the moment.
 
It's pointless enough with two considering there's no heavy damage; if you make it single car you may as well line everybody up for a drag race on the final straight last lap if you want to make it any easier to stay with the lead pack.

Light damage + cautions = pointless.
