There is nothing wrong with your subject title. Did you submit before the deadline? If not that could be the reason.
Out of interest what are you putting in your message?

Did you put the quotation marks " " in your subject, if so they are not meant to be there. Subject should be.

It is a problem with the title (subject) not the time (body).
What the problem is I don't know.
I have had mine rejected a couple times one week as I was putting the following in the text box.
Subject title: GTP_WRS Week 4 Submission
It took me a couple times to realize my error.
But that's me.
Be sure all the spacing is correct is all I can say.
We have also been advised not to copy/paste your body info.

Ok, I'm alittle confused. What exactly are the steps to enter this?

It's pretty cool, before i started following and taking tips from WRS I was awful in online races.
Yesterday i decided to look for some rooms and it surprises me how much I learned, I can keep performing under pressure and put drivers in front under pressure so that they make mistakes.
Cornering is much easier and smoother (no gravel traps yesterday).
Where I used to end in the back of the field, yesterday I ended in the top 4 in 7 of about 12 races.
