Tried your settings CSLACR but they weren't for me

So I made my own settings from the 'Extra-Medium' garage

40/60 (will try taming the 65 for more PP later)
193MPH Top Speed (no individual gear changes)
15/20/10
-15/-12
12.5/14.8

1.5/1.5
.1/-.05

Seems to work well and I never use 2nd gear. Probably not the best of settings but that's why it's 'Extra Medium'

Splits so far:

40.098 (*sad panda* I haven't figured out the chicane just past T1 yet....keep slipping on the rumble strips)

Time for Game Of Thrones and dinner, yay!

Your settings look pretty similar to my original tune. If I suggest one thing from my tune, it's the gears. I also like the turn-in of 61 rear down-force in the high-speed turns, but no longer induce 4th gear drifts 👍 unlike when I had 60 rear DF.
Also, I aim to miss all curbs completely, minus the first turns inside curb, they throw racing cars like non other in Tokyo.

stock tune, just wanted to get some laps in and learn the track, will start tweaking on set and then probably end up using someone elses... :-) I always try tuning on my own, then use someone elses and tweak on it.

Yea, it was just a bit aggressive for me, so I toned some things down. I really had trouble hitting walls for some reason.

First splits, stock tune but with max downforce. You can really push this one harder than it feels like you should be able to but it seems to stick. Time to go to work tuning this one, a little too loose at high speeds and a bit too much understeer in the slower stuff right now. Botched T1 but the rest of the lap was decent, lots of time to be gained or lost in the last sector though...it's going be a frustrating week.

I saw a 53.098, had myself up at least 3-4 tenths, and bombed it, real shame.
Lengthened my third gear .020, helped a bit, changed brake bias to 7/5.

Waiting for the aliens to knock me out of first, longest I've held it so far.
Edit: Errr.. First time I ever had it too.

Thanks, (though you've overtaken me since), the gearing on that tune was rubbish, I was just going to 6th when braking for T1. Hopefully grab some time on it when the Test is on a break today.

Going to be interesting this week, least not because of the very long final sector.

Slight loss in T1, better T2 and T3.

Lowered trans to 199 default gears...used Jerome's supension [raised the cam to 1.8] and LSD.
3rd and 4th gear may need some tweaking from the default settings and raising the cam some more.

15 laps last night, and nothing to report apart from a bunch of dented side barriers, oh and tires scattered everywhere at turn 1.

I assume that best-lap-replays won't show all the movable objects in the road, if they were put there by a previous lap? Kind of similar to the Nurb GP cone thing? I haven't looked at any replays yet.

Another nice combo, Kev, can't wait to put more time in on it! 👍

Yeah, all the moveable stuff goes back in its original place during replays.

I also ran a bunch of laps while trying to build a tune from scratch last night. Had a couple decent laps, but they have wall taps. Also still working on the tune, so should be able to come in with something later in the week.

Have you done something to upset fetchy ( fetchbot ) he doesn't seem to want to add your splits to the leaderboard

I think not having your division in your sig, is the reason for your splits not showing up on the leaderboard
