I'll have to take a short break after the race to get the kids to bed... after that I can hop on to observe. If another steward is available and more flexible they can do it instead. Usually I finish for the night after the Wednesday race.

I'm just not comfortable with the car at Fuji like I was a week ago. I can't even figure out what's causing it. Last week I was easily lapping in the high 1'35s, and this week I've only managed a 1'35 with a boost from slipstreaming... and only barely into the 1'35s.

The pace has come and gone for me a couple times... just takes one hard session where you have a lot of focus and aggression to get it back. Do it in a private lounge by yourself without distractions... you'll see.

We've been discussing it and the only time all 4 PURE NA members are available at the same time is Friday 8/9 @ 6.30 PM EDT (2230 UTC). Cutting it close to your 8PM deadline but hopefully that's ok.

That fine. We'll schedule stewards to be available near the deadline as we expect at least a couple procrastinators.

Given *nobody* has qualified as of yet, it's going to be quite a busy couple days with nearly 48 drivers to qualify.

Shawn, we may move the Wednesday race an hour later in order to get 6 drivers (not sure yet) in order to make it official... that may mess up the timing of Team Canada quali since three of you are registered for that race... i.e. it would push everything back on hour unless Team Canada decides to quali before the Nurb race.

If I understand correctly, the handicap/multiplier does not apply for qualification? It's just the average of the best three unadulterated times?

Correct. That only comes into play when points are calculated from the races.

Hopefully it doesn't as I wouldn't be able to wait that late to qualify, and would have to qualify on my own at a separate time.
