@Nemo Niente : I tried the 0/2 brake bias and that really is a bad brake bias for this car. I tried a few combinations of lower numbers but 5/5 is, pretty much, the optimum bias for this car. 4/6 works to an extent and I can get within half a second of my best time with that (but I think my best time was a fluke anyway) and am on a par with the rest of my times.

uhu. figures... :(

Yes.. 0/2 sounds a bad idea.. 5/5 works well.. but I'm running 6/5 currently..

My latests splits..

40.418
1'07.408

Seen faster.. but end up slower over the line.. :(

Could shave some time this morning... Change Brake Bias fom 5/5 to 2/3 and TC from 5 to 1... hope to climb up a little on the Board...! :)

T1: 0.41.534
T2: 1.08.734

EDIT: YESSSS !!!!!! Could climb 6 positions on the Board!!!! THAT´S WHAT I´m TALKING ABOUT!! :)

Yeah, it seemed 5/5 was the popular choice. Having said that, I have been using 5/6 today and I had 3 separate occasions where I matched my best S2 split where I haven't done for a few sessions.....I also improved my overall lap time by 3 tenths in one lap without setting any PB's so 5/6 works just as well, if not better, at least for me anyway. Will let you know tomorrow when I run again if it improves any more..certainly my fastest lap was not neat and tidy by any means and had a few slides and hairy moments so, if I can get a pretty clean tidy lap, I would be looking at, probably, at least 3 or 4 tenths more.

DTM
Nice first splits Mohit

I think the tires are spot on. Last week with the Rocket on S3. Those tires took the life out of the car, imo.

Thanks Dennis, still trying to catch up to you!

Maybe I just need to put in more miles and get used to the car. I never do well when cars have less grip usually, so hoping to change that.

I've been watching my replay on my fastest lap and I noticed at the chicane that one of the foam blocks is not in it's original position were I clipped it on a previous lap.

Even thou I don't touch it on my fastest lap is it still considered dirty as the block is not in original position ?

I don't know. But I always restart if I ever hit one of those blocks.

I'll let @EDK or @Vagabond have the final word, but if you *would* have hit it if it was in it's original position then it's definitely dirty. Since that's almost impossible to accurately determine unless you're obviously a few feet off its original position, I would say it's got to be dirty if you're close to its original position.

But again, I'm not the final word on this.

Il just submit my slower lap time with out any issues.

Was just one of those sessions where I did 20 odd laps in a row and I didn't notice it was out of position till I checked the replay I would of missed it even in its original position but wasn't sure on the ruling of it .

Got a lap 3 tenths faster but not faster splits... I'm going to get a better time again, I saw a 1'06.9 at T2 and stuffed it at chicane :(

I was finally able to put my first couple of hours into this last night. This combo ist ausgezeichnet! :D

39.950

1'06.316

My wheel says Porsche GT3RS on it, I'm hoping that it gives me magic powers over this car and I find those missing couple of tenths soon. :dopey:
.001 ahead of me!!! 👍 Welcome back. :grumpy:

Really want to re-run this, but have come down with an illness, might just have to submit with splits on the board :yuck:
Would really love to hear from you about how to approach a car like this with the DS3...I cannot get any consistency at all, sometimes I'll restart and take 3 or 4 attempts to even get to the S/F line!

41.017
1'07.733

It appears my Sector 2 is competitive enough but Sector 1 is kicking my rear end. I intend to have another good go this evening so hopefully I can find the 0.4 - 0.6 that most others are finding there?!? Might have to watch @Vagabond's video a few more hundred times :boggled:
