Still can't nail the corner after T1... lost almost a tenth there waiting for enough traction. Same story with the sector 3 chicane, way too much kerb :indiff:

Still, only 2 tenths until a perfect lap :D

Well, I've figured out how to do Sector 1 a little better:

Almost PBs in all sectors here so not sure how much more I can find...might have another couple of goes before submission time though...we'll see.

I think its enough for today....Cant wait for tomorrow.....

Yeah, it seemed 5/5 was the popular choice. Having said that, I have been using 5/6

I find the rear wheels tend to lock up going into turn 1.. with a rear balance of over 5..

Will let you know tomorrow when I run again if it improves any more..certainly my fastest lap was not neat and tidy by any means and had a few slides and hairy moments so, if I can get a pretty clean tidy lap, I would be looking at, probably, at least 3 or 4 tenths more.

Yeah.. tell me about it.. :D.. on my fastest lap to date.. I was over .4xx down at S1.. but somehow flew through the chicane.. so I know if I could hook a perfect lap up.. I'd be around .5xx faster over all.. but.. can I do it.. unlikely.. knowing the way I drive..

Interesting. I find the rears only lock if I go above 6 for rear bias (tried 6/7 at one point and the car was almost sideways on T1 entry). Rear bias of 6 versus 5 doesn't shorten brake distances or anything but I just seem to be able to drive it better....can't really explain it, just one of those things I guess

Struggled at first with no blue basically, so figured a nap couldn't make me any slower. Woke up, put down a .37 improvement within 25 min. Yet, in sector 2 I nearly spun the car - as shown - and left the chicane quite slowly as well. 655 confirmed km on this time trial.

Right now it looks like what is on the board is what I will submit. I have had better splits, but don't seem to be able to drive consistently. I 'nail' one and lose the other or nail both and lose T3... :banghead:

Just did a lap with a .6xx first sector and 0.24 up on the laptime, typically I ended up cutting the chicane by approximately 0.000005cm :irked:

Going to give this one more go before I submit though 👍

Not tried this since last weekend.

Normally set TCS to Zero in these time trials but this car is too squirmish.

Tried TCS = 1, small gain at line but slower splits.

Best splits set with TCS = 3

Ok, youre doing fine, you can relax now ...., hum..., take a caipirinha..., ear a little bossa... ;)
(Ups, therrrrre goes my podium position :nervous: )

Good to know. I wish you the best 👍 :)

@Serialf Thankyou my Amigo !!! But I would change the caipirinha to a freezing Coke and the Bossa to Rock & Roll !!! hahhaha

I´ll try to improve my time a bit more.... I know there are some room for it on this track but my main problem is to get used to the car..... Practice, Practice & a lot of Practice... :)

Came back yesterday and the leaderbord looks pretty scary now for me, but thats life :sly:
1st session was just for regaining the feel and today, following @nursemorph advise I changed TC=1 i/o 0. Improved final lap almost by a sec :) despite of the sand castles, hooligans and greasemonkeys that were all over the track (I need some rest ...)

Did some improvements, and then some more. Managed to get some much quicker 1st sectors, but always messed up in the left hander after the right hander hairpin in 2nd sector, ur in the left before the back straight. I managed. My best lap was with an OK first sector but probably not my best. Didn't keep all the found time to the finish line though, since I can't seem to be quick through the left-right part in 2nd sector anymore.
