I don't think it was me... but whoever it was, it made last night a waste of my time :P

Unfortunately, I think Gogatrs IS talking about you. :odd:

Don't know what happened on the first race pace lap but your car was all over the place and hitting other cars (me and Gogatrs included). So much so that I tried to ram you into the pits at the end of the pace lap so that you wouldn't cause any incidents during the race.

When Gogatrs saw that, he actually accused ME of being the prime suspect of what was going on. A couple of guys in here already know me and know that I'm very clean and respectful on track. My car was already trashed, I just figured I'd save the rest of the field from your car's ''laggy wrath''.

That being said, I'm sure you didn't do this ''crazy man's cha cha'' on purpose. But it was definitely you lagging and crashing into other people on the pace lap. Probably a connection thing, maybe just try and make sure everything's worked out for the next race. Maybe some other drivers were laggy but I can't say since I didn't see the replay. Only thing I know for sure is what happened in front of me...

Hey guys, I'm new to this series and down on the bottom of the waiting list but, i'm always looking to get in quality practice sessions. I had one question with how you come up with the power and weight for the vehicles in this series. Is there certain modifications that can or cannot be done or do you simply just use power limiter in the engine tuning area to come up with the hp you need.

Just by using the power limiter, tunning is free.
Power to weight was determined after several hours and test sessions with all cars looking to meet a specific target lap time on different tracks. Al cars are dead on pace for both GT1 and GT2.

*Important anouncement*
The Audi R8LMS has been replaced by the road going model of the car the Audi R8 5.2 FSI with horse power set at 480 and weight set to 1313kg.

Made my mind Jav, gonna use the Vette Z06 RM, after a all afternoon tweaking and tuning i did 1.51.460 at nurburgring and under 1.20.000 at laguna so i'm not that much off the pace.
Count me in for the race at laguna:tup:

Cool! Love to read that!

Guys, two things:

1) A while back, someone mentioned that we should do a race with the winners of each class GT1, GT2, and GT3 (The other league) just thought that I'd remind everyone of that since I thought it was a great idea, me migh want to start working that out now...

2) What if we did like nightly practice races, like we set up a room every night at the times that we do the official races at to give us a chance to compare lap times etc. etc.

Just my two cents. :)

Jav, In the Car list on Post #2, The Lamborgini Gallardo is listed as the LP 640 '09 which is the Murcielago, Can you confirm which one is it? I am Assuming it is the Gallardo LP 560 '08.

Jav, I'm going to stick with the Viper GTS-R Team Oreca #91 in GT1. Please update the list, thanks.

BTW did you test the Camaro LM Race Car? Just got it yesterday, fully tuned at 664 HP, 1160 Kg. HP will probably rise to ~680 when broken in. It's surprisingly EASY to drive, even with no TCS. I was about 2 sec off my best Viper times at GP/F with practically no set-up tweaks.

GT1/GT2/GT3 shared room open
(alternate between Tokyo and Laguna Seca):
1472-6118-3615-5260-9100

I'll open a new one in my Lounge later. Need a break and the room cleared out...

Both the Gallardo and the Murcielago SV are elegible at the moment.

We can take it trough the homologation process if there's enough interest.

Hey, how many of you guys own or are planning on getting Shift 2?
I saw the car list the other day and saw that there were quite a few FIA GT cars.
After season 1, this may be the route to go for season 2.

The car list need to be updated. We will update it later tonight. The AUdi 5.2FSI is ready to go 1313kg 480hp. I will update it on the list tonight.

Hell yeah! Who else is gonna rock the Audi with me? It's a damn nice car!

I do have one that I've already tuned to universal perfection, but I am just so in love with my McLaren that I wouldn't part with it for anything. :)

MitchZ06
I was considering the R8 LMS for GT2 but if its not there I'll consider something else.

I'll send redline a message if he's uninterested you can take his car if you are still open for a drive.

If you do tho, I want matching paintjobs :D

MitchZ06
Haha Rich77 already organised a team with another driver so looks like I'm out.

Well I mean like I said he hasn't posted anything its fair for me to assume he's out but I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt because it'd be mean for me to just kick him lol. I'll let you know when he answers.

Just turned my first set of laps at Laguna finally! This is what I've done as of the first 10.

A better idea is just to copy and paste everything from here down and edit each time with your time/name.

GT2
1:24.355 - Rich77

GT1
1:19.038 - t_ray_z28

hmmm, not bad. I'm trying to keep my 1:20.6 consistent. I was farting around with the Audi GT2 car and it was turning 1:25s...

Join the room darnit! I wanna race some GT1s!
GT1: 1:20.282
