So, last night I kept getting p.o.'d because I would catch the edge of the track and spin off into the sand pit... I also did this a couple of times at GP/F... Does anybody know, if you don't have a flatscreen, or widescreen, if it makes a difference on how the picture looks, because to me, it didn't look like I was close enough to the edge to keep doing that? Like, maybe i'm not seeing the full edges of the screen?... Just something rolling around in my head.

No. i'm in the GT1 with the Z06 just like you... and i was joking, the fun part is testing and setup the car so it is fun\fast\enjoyable to drive.

Also, I did the 1:18 in GT mode, in the American Championship Luguna race. So the enviroment and tires were perfect all the time! When I went online and practiced with Jav and the guys, I was consistantly running 1:20's but did make a 1:19.556 I think at best.

Guys don't compare your times from Aspec or even private lounges, the physics are completely different and the setups are not optimal if you use them fro aspec to online mode.

Ok, for Javs preferance, here is another, updated time.. I ran laps online in a private room for about 15 minutes and turned out a couple good laps. A 1:18.463 and a 1:18.967. The rest were 1:19.xxx and up

That's a pretty good time Ray! I have a feeling pole is gonna be righ about there! Also don't forget to set the grip reduction to real when testing guys, it really makes a difference!

lol, yeah, I probably won't be able to run like that when I'm in the whole crowd! I don't know why but it throws me way out of focus! I watch my mirror and the other cars way too much! Like I said last night, I need to go to "crashes under pressure anonymous"
