Good Race guys....

Only note I have from my experience in that race is for RejektedS15. Doing much better BUT you need to allow drivers lapping you to pass easier. Several times you raced me all the way down the start straight and I had to back off early into the first hairpin to avoid getting collected. All you have to do is breath out of the throttle a little to allow the lapping driver to pull fully in front. Doing that costs less for both you and the lapping driver....the way it was going last night you were costing me 2 sec a lap when I caught you to lap you.

Other than that, I personally had a pretty lonely race.....Only contact I had with anyone was, Overheated rear-ended me on the formation lap into turn 1 and Nepal spun me on lap 2 (racing incident I think)

Cheers

Rob

Rob, when you were around I was backing off up the hill into the hairpin to let you by. I didn't realize that it was slowing you down so much.

lancer if you want ill do my own personal tests (uping the civic power bit by bit) see if i cant get the civic closer? (id rather keep you here than lose you do to your frustrations)

No worries Cam, you're learning.

The specific times were down the front straight once or twice that stick out specifically in my mind.

It only cost me time.....It's up to me to pass you clean.....but as a lapper you can make it easier on the both of us.

I'll see what time in the race the incidents occured on the replay and if you saved it you can watch and see what I'm talking about.

No harm no foul, just something to be aware of as you develop your skills.

Rob

again you say Cam when thats rejekted  was it the nissan or honda lol ?

Wow... this is really cool! I'll enter and do my best to make a few races.

right testing at laguna and the Mini set the bench mark at 1:36.499 and i got a 1:36.696 in the civic seems they are pretty equal around here!

Hey Rejekted,

Take a look at the replay if you saved it. End of lap 20 for me I was lapping you down the main straight and you made it more difficult than it needed to be.

Same thing on lap 48 for me (Probably 45ish for you) again down the main straight. Held me up a good 2 seconds.

In both these instances, had you just lifted the throttle down the main straight to let me get fully by before the first hairpin it would have only likely cost either of us about half a second.

Like I said before, no harm no foul, we didn't crash....just a pointer to help you out.

Cheers

Rob

I don't even know what to say here......

Other Cam, what color is that Civic?
Like a John Deere tractor. Green with yellow rims.:sly: Though I fear I may have made contact with Lancer at the start by accident. Sorry about that. :( And us being too close together at the start didn't help things much.:guilty:

Glad you fellas like them. Normal service from me should be resumed Friday, so Saturday should be business as usual.

Chris

No, I still have to watch the replay from last week's race. (Which by the way is working, Rob.)

Cool, I'll go ahead and send you a referral to that site.....it seems really good for file sharing and it's really quick to upload to!

Looking forward to the updated points.

Rob

Updated points coming tomorrow morning. No BoP this week. I want to give you guys testing time.

Chris

I am so screwed this week unless I get some time on Laguna today. Haven't driven since before the Version 2.0 update, hope things aren't too different.

See you boys tonight.

Rob

I won't be racing. Started the 24 hours of Le Mans, but only sent my Capp Cup car to my other account ahead of time, I completely forgot about the Civic.

and when the civic had a very very good chance of winning poor show lancer ;) (there are in race saves now for enduros btw :sly:)
