All the models on this page look awesome! đź‘Ť

Just a heads up for anyone who doesn't really like to bother ordering online... Or prefer the cheaper Maisto's. Seems that Sam's Club has loaded up on them for the holidays as most stores are already getting ready for it. Was interested...but I don't have a membership. Anyone know if Sam's Club allows something like a one-day trial thing? >_> Kinda want to get the 1:18 Audi R8 GT...

1/12 Vanquish got delievered today :)

That Vanquish look awesome:drool:

Got this delivered from eBay during the week:
Autoart 1:18 Gran Turismo R34 GT-R

also grabbed 1:43 Craig Lowndes 'End of an Era' Vodafone Commodore from Diecast Addicts this morning for the Lowndes shelf:)

I demand to know who makes that vanquish!

And very nice models guys, love the Aa GTR34 and the ebbro S2000, i'm currently looking for the mugen S2000 from ebbro and integra... no way i'm going on ebay, they're charging an arm and a leg for them.

also rage, nice 1:43!

Well, after all the higher quality models being posted, time for some not so high quality things, in other words, I bought something. It's cheap, it's got some interesting panel gaps, but I'm stingy and it was on sale. :P

A 1/18 Motormax ME Four Twelve.

And to add to that, they internet site told me it was black and the image was of the matte black one. Fortunately, I originally wanted the grey one in the first place, and only got the black one because it was almost half the price of the other grey one on there. So I saved myself some moneys.

It displays nicely for a budget model:tup:

Thanks, i am glad i got all 4 of those mugen ebbro's. (two S2000 and two integra's).
Ebay prices are really ridiculous, i bought mine for less than 30 euro each. I actually had some extra's but the last one was sold some time ago already.

As long as you keep it about a meter away from yourself it does look quite good as a display.

I was thinking of getting a 1:12 car as a prop for something, so I checked AutoArt's website. Little did I know the prices of 1:12 scales are insane!

 It's sort of like the general noise tolerance for the human ear. Every 3 db the volume goes up (in this case, every scale larger) it halves the amount of time you can safely tolerate it (in this case, the prices are pretty much doubling). And oh no, I've just compared die cast model prices to human ears, I think I'm turning weird... Er than I was before.

Wow, I have just the same one.
The windshield needs to be pushed if you want to open the hood. :D

 I guess it's not a high score for quality consistency either. Mine doesn't have that problem, however the hood doesn't open fully unless the doors are open (due to the hood hitting the mirrors). And the tail light covers/rear wing are only glued to the car at the bottom, so there is a bit of a gap at the top. :P And I think this isn't just my one which does this, but the front wheels are restricted by the thick bodywork, so it needs force in order to turn fully.

Cool D-type. But I don't collect 1/12 scale, I'll just have no room to store them. :D

By the way, is there anyone collecting military vehicle models (and assembling them)?
I haven't assembled anything for a long time, but I have some models in stock to start again with. My last good model was a 1/35 BMP-1, I've posted it earlier.
Now I just have to start with my 1/72 Yak-3 fighter. Then - 1/35 PzKpfw II Luchs, StuG IV and Mercedes-Benz L4500 A...

Indeed it is. đź‘Ť

Needs more Holdens though. :P
Nice Lowndes collection!

Thanks guys:tup: currently working on some more Holdens for the collection Space, the store near my place has most of his cars that I need, just can't find time to get there:lol:

Audi Quattro 1982, the hood wouldn't stay up so I had to improvise. ;) Sorry if images are upside down, they were taken with my iPhone 5.

Quattro looks pretty cool, if I didn't have to turn my laptop upside down. lol :P

Stopped by Walgreens after hearing about some Hot Wheels coming in. But there was nothing, apart from this 1/24 scale Nissan GT-R by Maisto.

I already have a white one, but that one was at Rite Aid covered in dust, missing a steering wheel, and had scratches all over. The one thing that I'm a little confused about is the differences between the silver and white one. The silver one was considered a "Premium" line model and the other...though with no box, I guess may be a "Special" edition line? The white one has turning wheels, but the silver doesn't. So is the "Premium" line supposed to be lesser quality?

The D-Type and the Quattro

With the addition of the 1:18 GT-Spirit 993 Carrera RS Clubsport, I'm considering my 911 collection complete! For now...

The lot.
